I have purchased Destini125 from Singla Agency Mother Dairy Branch. Very bad experience for me. People are not properly discussing and also they dont take interest to entertain their customers. In fact, no space in the showroom to show their bikes. They dont any color options. I have booked 2 weeks before the dhantaras and paid all amount and representatives told me that other colors but when I went to pick my bike he forcefully gave me dusted destini and hand over in dusting conditions. When asked then dont want to talk after that I have to pay from pocket to clean dust. Even the agency mentioned a 5-8 number but there is only one number working which also does not respond to anyone... When I make a complaint then hero people called me and say please share OTP to closed the complaint without any action. What a hero and their agency do...All are nonsense people from lower to higher. Bad experience for especially Singla agency...

Very bad experience I bought Hero passion xpro from here .They didnt accept any payment through credit card . If they accept 2 % extra charges will be paid .Oh! Common who charges 2% extra man with this era of Digital India .Even small shopkeepers are not charging any extra rupees for making payment through credit card .They just make fool of people in the name of accessories .I must say to every body whos going to buy a bike from anywhere , dont take accessories . They have taken 1000 ₹ approximately for the accessories like helmet , helmet lock , seat cover & other total 7 accessories .I got all accessories but they are useless .The quality of the helmet is very poor .Helmet lock getting opened from any keys like fridge lock .They dont have extra piece of passion xpro in their showroom , unfortunately I have to buy only one available piece which I noticed later that it has also got some scratches on it .Also One more incident is that they have given me the Insurance of Tata AIG & when i tried registering the same Insurance on official website of Tata AIG , I got to know that the insurance is not registered properly with Tata AIG & their customer care asked me to contact my dealer in that case .when I contacted Hero Prahladpur showroom regarding the same they are not checking the same in online & asking me to come to showroom .I m completely fed up with them .No Email Id , No escalation policy & their employee are very unprofessional .Overall Im happy with my bike but not with the showroomPassion xpro is nice choice 👍Go for it !Power ,style, mileage all in one .👌

I purchased bike hero hf delux on 1 june 2020 from his patparganj branch near mother dairy.Sales person Gaurav, After purchasing bike and came to home and right side foot rest damage and go again fix it and again went to same problem but issue not resolved permanent and very poor behaviour of him.And after 20 days key point move 360° also has been created issue and they told this is not a showroom fault and also i was meet to Gauravs senior but he is also not behave good.They both told us not and issue from my side.The point is this if I purchased bike from your showroom and your company not responsible for these poor parts which you have given to me and parts creating problem after purchasing bike with in 1 month.Poor poor behaviour and if any chance to give less then 1 star, I put that one.
