This branch alone is why people are moving towards other banks rather than SBI.

If you ever get slightly offended by jokes on SBI or their staff, don’t! These jokes are related to realityThey won’t help at all. No queue system and no token system. They’ll tell me one by one what’s needed and you’ll end up achieving something in few hours that should have taken few mins.

Very bad service. They never attend calls.

Worst than turtle speed. It is not because of staff but the protocols are cumbersome and senior management isn’t bothered to compete with private sector banks in terms of speed.

I am a NRI acoount holder and I am trying to get in touch with the branch but via phone and email but there is no reply. I m trying to contact them but no body picks up the phone and also no reply to repeated emails. I m realy very dejected by this

All the employees work slow like turltle.Most of the employees dont just paas their time with mobile phones and chit chat
