The customer service - Good and comfortable, polite.Comfort - ok.Food - less options and/or could be improved but was good too.Room - it was spacious but i felt the room (907) given was like last option for us. Mini bar was empty. Washroom lotions and other items seemed like never used as it was hardened. Washroom had kind of smoke smell...Compared my experience with other hotel stay. (May be not fair and COVID could be one of the reason).

Lobby is grandeur , rooms are spacious ,well maintained and clean. I think housekeeping staff need more training. After cleaning my room they forgot to put towels, tea/coffee station was empty (only sugar sachets were there). When you pay for such a hotel, you expect good services without calling reception or housekeeping department for minor things which could be avoided easily. Waiting staff in restaurant was gracious and cool. Cocktails were top notch and trust me size and quality was huge. Dinner buffet was delicious bit expensive though.overall it is good enough to stay again.

Everyone from bell desk counter to front office team/reservation, restaurant team, banquet team or high level management are so professional, courteous, soft spoken and ready to support you by their all means. Great looking building. Has a mall, food court ar ground / basement levels.Hotel atop reminded of Pan Pacific in Singapore. Quite Impressive Effort. The lifts, lobby and general ambience were uninviting. At room floors too, the air felt stale.Room itself - Good AirCon. Decent TV and modest bathroom. The shower curtain ending a foot above the floor is odd. Fittings though good, felt uncared for.Whenever ITC decide to turn this hotel DeLuxe, it has all the ingredients ready. Upgraded lobby, room floors, room furnitures, decor and bath is all that is needed.

I traveled from Seattle to Delhi with family and was looking for early check-in 5AM. I am more than happy to share that Welcome Hotel Dwarka not only helped us in giving early accommodation but also provided free upgrade. The staffs were excellent in welcoming. The food was awesome. Even my parents gave excellent reviews. Rooms were very clean. The outside view was wonderful. My family loved it.FYI, I stayed in Radisson Blu as well and the experience was very sad.I would definitely visit Welcome hotel dwarka in our next trip and would recommend this hotel over other hotels like Radisson Blu Dwarka.

There were mosquitos in the room. The water from the washbasin and shower was not coming properly. Room service was pathetic. We asked for a towel and it was only sent to us after 45 minutes. No dental kit was there, we had to call the room service and ask for it. Never going to book this ITC property again. Worst experience. We even came to know that around 50-55 trainees were running the property. One of them even told us that they were paid just Rs.1000 for the entire month as stipend (salary). This is the worst thing that I came to know. It is actually the real story of all 5-star properties. Sad that 5-star properties exploit students in such a way. I think there should be someone who should look into this matter. I feel sad for hotel management students who work in these properties for a certificate and thus the hotel takes them for granted and dont even pay them. Coming back to the hotel review, I think they should hire quality staff to run such a big property. Will not be booking this ITC property in Dwarka again. Disapponting!

Nothing in the room works properly. Its the worst maintained Hotel in Dwarka.TV did not work. Had to be repaired. Safe haD to be replaced.Wash basin got choked.WiFi signal unsafe and cannot go beyond one device.Housekeeping forgets to Keep Towels.Shower stopped in middle of the bath.Elevators not maintained.I was frequent user. Never again. Even at half rate

The stay was great. The location is quite amazing, rooms are bigger than expected, everything is tidied up time to time, and the perfect staff adds on to the list of why the stay was great. Besides all this, check in was easy and quick. Fully recommend it.

We found the staff very courteous and well mannered. On our arrival they welcomed and warmly greeted us and provided us all necessary information about the amneties and services available in the hotel and then promptly shifted us to a well sanitised, neat & clean room. All essential items were available in the room. The hotel also offered us complimentary breakfast and lunch alongwith the accommodation. Good ambience and comfortable bed. Food was also delicious and good. We sincerely thank all hotel staff for their amazing hospitality and wonderful behaviour.Nice to stay with family and friends.

Dont know how it is 4 star rated. Rooms are very average and bathrooms are even worse. No proper water flow in taps. Auto Geysers not working (cold water supply only). No amenities. Such a big hotel and so poor maintainence.
