Luxurious Wedding Place, Everything is great, all the decoration, food, management, arrangements super nice. It is super expensive 2250 per veg plate and 2450 non-veg per plate plus GST, Decoration Charges Extra, DJ Charges Extra. I if you have great money then this places belongs to you. Attended a wedding here.The catering, the decorations, the staff all was fabulous.The grilled fish with lemon butter is a must try.And if you visit have the red bloody fruit punch like beverage its called sambhariya and is really refreshing.

The place is extremely beautiful and the services provided by them, be it the decorations, the catering, its all amazing. I have attended many wedding functions there and would definitely recommend it to family and friends to make their special day even better.

The staff is very rude...non-cooperative. I attended a wedding there and lost my phone and instead of helping us in the situation with CCTV that they boast to install around the banquet, they were only blaming the whole thing on us. Even the hall is small and service is not good. Wont recommend. NO STARS FROM ME IF THERE WAS AN OPTION!**Also very important, there was no electricity during second half of the function regarding which they had a completely unapologetic attitude.**

Sales staff is non cooperative for minor requests and make a hike after promising an amount.Food quality during the pandemic is at worst. - not worth 2300rs per plate(nonveg)They call you and ask you to make advance payment but once you do they stop paying attention to the minute details of your event.just not worth it. worst experience and service ever. highly overpriced...

This place is very nice and beautiful. It is located 600 meters away from mayapuri metro station. It has three large halls for functions. One hall can handle 300-400 peoples. Seating and eating areas are nice and clean. Different kinds of seating is available like sofas and chairs. Quality of food and beverages is very good. Service staff is also good.

Place looks amazing. Great interiors. But met the manager on my visit post giving the booking deposit and finalizing the booking, the guy seems to be riding on some kind of ego as if he is a superstar walking among us. Treating his customer as if he is doing a favor by even responding to our queries. And this attitude even though he knew that we have made a function booking and are his customer giving business to them.You might have a very decent place for hosting events but that does not give you the right to treat customers this way. Hope the management decides to look out for someone better suited to hospitality Industry.

I had a function here last week on sunday and the service was okay. but prior to the booking they were very rude once they got the advance, they stop answering calls. they guarentee many things but i saw only half at the end.in terms of flower arrangement - i feel they highly overcharge and add miscellaneous expenses at end in bill to overcharge you. Very bad service. I rate them ZERO.

They held our advance of Rs 1 lakh and after covid, increased the per plate price multiple times. It doesnt make sense to keep a wedding for 50 people at the price they booked our venue for 400 people. They did not co-operate and we had to change our venue. So they earned 1 lakh without any work.

A fabulous banquet hall has come up on Maya Puri Main Road. Nice Ambience and Decor. Food was definitely good supported by excellent, active and courteous service staff.Vallet car parking service is available.Very approachable and close to ring road. It can be divided into two parts to organise two weddings at the same time. Not huge like farm houses. But good enough for a gathering of 400-500 people.

Place is good, space management is also good but the food here is not as tasty as it should be. I did not like even one of the shakes, and sabzis too except for choley. And as everybody knows that the real way to the heart goes from the stomach.

Ambience is just good. Nothing extra ordinary or mind boggling. Food quality is good, but taste is average. Staff and service is fine. As per my experience they tried to do good, but, it was just ok for the kind of amount they must be charging. From outside it looks nice. Good space. Big halls for approximately 500 people. But, with 500 people it can be too crowded. Corporate events can also take place there. All the work at the roof did not dazzle me. It was just ok. My rating is 3-3.5 for them on my this visit.

I love the banquet hall and howit has been constructed and designed in a very customer friendly way.Living side the traffic jams which you have to go through before reaching this Banquet Hall, you will find the whole experience quite friendly. they have provided valet for parking your car which makes the journey or visit very simple. once inside the banquet hall there is ample space for parties or functions to be held. Inside space is very spacious, the lighting, the ambience, the furniture, the stage, snacks serving area, Main food serving area, all having been clearly thought of. The variety of snacks and cuisines provided were very good. you can even serve liquor in this Banquet Hallthe washrooms are neat and tidy with ample staff provided to take care of consumables and I even saw a manager managing the whole show. overall very good experience and very well design and maintained.Well done

Worst experience ever. Late during the night of the wedding, when everyone is overwhelmed, the workers at The Grand Dreams took advantage of the situation and stole a bag full of cash, gifts, diamond and gold jewellery from the brides mother. They did not provide any security to our belongings, neither did they cooperate in helping us search for the stolen items. The manager was not cooperative, rather rude and tried to do away with his responsibility, even when two of the helpers from The Grand Dreams were spotted in the CCTV footage escorting the person running away with the bag. Places like this should shut down if they fail to provide security and comfort. Please report and share this as much as possible so that they are forced to take action and compensate for our loss.

Serving staff is poor, food quality is not up to mark but the manager are very soft they need to manage their serving staff . It was not very good experience from my side

Of all the times I have been to the different branches of Grand Dreams, I have always found the staff to be courteous, well dressed , and well trained.The food has been good, in terms of taste , presentation and layout.If I would have a suggestion, itll be to maybe make the overall decor of the place and of its functions to be a bit less tacky.And also to improve upon the parking/valet.

Beautiful place for weddings and parties. Large party hall for large gatherings. Well maintained neat and clean palace. All services are good such as catering serving cleaning and decoration. They have enough space to manage all functions. It is also very beautifully made from outside and inside and gives royal look. Staff is also good and cooperative.

Its a great banquet with great amenties and spaceI went here for a marriage function and it had 3 big halls and all three halls were full of guest but it doesnt seems like.they were full as the banquet hall has very good space and the catering and food.was also good . The nearest Metro station is Mayapuri which is on pink line and from mayapuri you can take an auto or rikshaw to reach there only 700meters from mayapuri metro station.

Note that this review could be specific to the arrangements of my hosts and also this was not the biggest hall they have. With that in mind here are a few things that I noticed.1. Something that could really disappoint, in not only this but other similar halls, is the seating capacity. If you expect a big gathering like 400+ you will have your guests struggling to find seating space and not only that, holding the heavy food plates which weighs more than a kg easily and then try to eat is not an easy task at all.2. Though they have a separate space for snacks and the kitchen is just next to it. But the main course is served at the other end of the hall. Which makes it quite a task for the waiters to continue supplies. I could see them rushing through the hall dodging people with bread baskets in their hands and some even rushing the trolleys right between the hall.3. They have a separate space for wedding rituals. But I thought it could have been better if that setup was somewhere in between the hall considering the trend nowadays where the bride and groom prefer to complete the rituals early in the evening. Doing all that in a separate space will leave your guests entertaining themselves. Atleast there could be the camera telecast on the two screens right behind the stage but it did not.

Not only is the hall gorgeously built, they maintain their standards. The music system is great and the entire place is very well kept. The theme is classy and elegant. The food is good but I feel it could be slightly better. Good place to hold functions for 450-600 people. Their minimum is, I think, 450/500.
