They are really rude dont know for what. They should be polite when they are managing the front desk between the connections of two countries.

Extremely rude staff. No manners and dont know how to talk to you. If you ring them, very rarely someone would answer and if they do they snap at you and ask you to call them later.

Extremely rude staff. It was an Indian guy at the counter, for re-entry application document submission. There is a way to talk to people, and this isnt it. I dont know who manages this dude, but I do hope they take notice of these reviews. Unacceptable behaviour and way of talking.

Nobody is allowed to go into the embassy. only immigration issues or migration issues are taken care of in the embassy. For Visa related issues you have to to contact the assigned agents
