I came to the spa for a manicure and pedicure. Terrible experience. It shows that the staff lack experience in nails. Basic techniques such as filing and only excess cuticles removal are misunderstood, also there are differences between my nails. Im really disappointed. The only good thing is the ambience of the place & the massage in the end.I recommend staff training. The service i got today does not reflect a spa at a 5 star hotel.My service was done by Gunja (pedicure) & khekali (manicure). They are very polite.

Decent Place, with classy decor. Nothing out of box. Usual food and bland taste in chats & main course like every other hotel.Snacks were the real lifesavers, spl. Galauoti Kababs and Spring Roll Bite...I would give 3.5 stars. Many areas of improvements.Cheers...

We were there for a celebration. The place is beautiful the hotel in all its grandeur. The food served was delicious and the staff were attentive and offered best of their services. Covid protocols were well followed too . In all a nice hotel to be staying or having a celebration at.

It is a perfect stay exactly what you want for your holidays. Staff is over gracefully. We were greeted by Manishi at the front desk and Samuel served us at Qube Resturant.

Food was very good but breads like roti naan etc was available only after 5-10 minutes and the space where food counter was small that was not suitable for even 50 people at once

A lovely, grand and luxurious property in the heart of Lutyens Delhi. Every corner is magnificent and majestic. Hotel staff is absolutely welcoming and courteous. We went for a family dinner at one the restaurant- The Qube, specially Mr. Nitin Rawat, who served us really well. Really mesmerizing expereince.

There is no helping staff at all, they only help those who come in a big car, they do not help those who come in a small car or cab, in lifting the goods...The hotel is very good, teach the staff equality too

Food: Qube restaurant is what we tried(for lunch & breakfast), and it didnt fail to impress me with even a single dish. Not even one. Literally.5. Expense: Costed around 13k with 2meals & 1hour cocktail hour .

Went to the buffet on Monday at the The Qube. Had everything from soup to lamb to pastries. Everything was spot on. The view was beautiful and the ambience was top notch as well.

Nicely-designed specious rooms, TV connected to Blue-ray player, one additional TV in the bathroom mirror, though require proper viewing angle from bath tub.Four dining options, “The Qube (beautifully designed roof in a glass enclosure, continental buffet), Megu, Jamavar and The library restro-bar. Food is good and homely. Services are superb.The Leela has ayurveda spa on first floor and rooftop pool on 11th Floor but both were closed due to Covid time during our stay.Our best wishes to the team Leela to keep up the good work.

I nearly cried tears of joy, when we arrived at this hotel. This was after a disaster with the hotel we were actually booked into. The facilities and the staff were absolutely amazing. The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Two nights, but wish I could have stayed on for much longer. The breakfast options and service were a delight, and we had dinner in two of the restaurants and both were superb. The rooftop and pool area was amazing. Our room was gorgeous and had a lovely view. And I couldnt get enough of the stunning bathroom.Would I stay again? In a heartbeat. If I ever go back to India, this is where I am heading for another longer stay. Loved it loved it loved itWe had an amazing stay at the Leela Palace in New Delhi.I cant tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are. They really make you feel special. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. Breakfast was scrumptious - they chef would come out to the tables and would even take personal orders even though it was a buffet. Breakfast was great, the rooms were beautiful. My only complaint is that the beautiful rooftop pool is not heated and could really use it in the winter months. All else was impeccable.

They make you sit and offer a welcome drink.-As the name suggests, it actually looks like a royal palace from reception to corridors to rooms , everything is Royal.-Rooms are mammoth n beautifully carpeted.A lot of hotels provide jacuzzi but they provide a jacuzzi with a small TV screen to make it more pleasant.-Have a Big TV screen at a perfect distance from the bed(which is what is missing in many hotels).-Staff is extremely courteous.-They made our anniversary extra special by arranging a cake on a table with rose petals before we cud enter the room.-Breakfast was arranged at The Qube which is a huge restaurant right before the lush greens offering the view of the face of Buddha ji and have quite a lot of things to offer in the menu. We Decided to dine too at The Qube and ordered Daal Makhni n Paneer and the quantity they offered was just too much that I literally had to tell the manager that no restaurant offers this much quantity. It was yummilicious too.There’s a bar at the concierge level for those who like to drink with indoor n outdoor seating. In so far as I am concerned Indoor’s a lil dull so prefer outdoor seating(FYI I am a teetotaller).-There’s a newly opened bar too, located at the 10th level by the name of Le Cirque.

Hotel is great, but management have to know about there is some of employees who working with some fraudsters, I visited there the employee of leela hotel comes & confirm just same as fraudster told me & I got cheated, well Im just notified to the management about there employees I know there is my fault .I sugg. pls dont go for there if anyone called you on call to meet there n all.

My brother got engaged there 2 days back. Pathetic services. Staff is unprofessional. It was so insulting when guests were waiting for food and it didn’t arrive in time. They literally waited for over thirty minutes for the food at the buffet counter to arrive, in the middle of eating. Also, the food they offer during the tasting is different, than what they serve during the event. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your money on this worthless property for your event, meeting or whatsoever. They should even remove the tag of 5 star from their achievements.
