Fantastic showroom, great conversation. Test rode the panigale V2. The ridge Road is close by so you can get a proper feel of the handling of their sport bikes. Oh, and legit great coffee. Drop in for a fantastic experience.

The place is good. The showroom is really good enough to attract any biker. The service is on the top and most of all the Updates and all accessories are there.

Great dealership, very good staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Owning an expensive bike can be a painful experience if the after sales and service is poor, however, with Ducati it’s been a great experience so far.

Been going there since acquiring my Desert Sled, that’s about an year now. Always been greeted with an enthusiastic bunch of people right from the telephone call prior to going, to the person attending once there. Excellent customer service n that ambience of a fantastic n world class motorcycle shop that is worth mentioning.Technicians are well trained n know their job n give you genuine advice.It’s been a positive experience always.

The sales is awesome and the products are damn amazing.However when it comes to the service, I have a small request to you guys. Please please look into it and tell the engineers to be a bit proactive. Service not only includes the changing of engine oil. It includes the full check up of the machineBe it to check bolts are enough tight or not, mirror adjustments,breaks adjustments electronics check up and what not. If some customer is paying you a hefty amount the person should get the service upto the mark.Please look into it.Thanks

Ducati is an amazing brand and the team here is very very helpful and will not tell you stories or sell you forcibly. I have bought a Ducati Multustrada 1200s from here and these guys still welcome me as if I am there new customer which makes me feel really good . The service team is really good and Im connected to them like friends ... who can be called at any point when u need any guidance or help .

Worst experience. So rude people. No test ride offered, totally ignorant behavior. Will only entertain you if youre well dressed and visit them in a luxury car. Be extremely careful and think at least 10 times before seriously even considering visit this very dealership.

I was keen to take test drive ducati monster but they dont want that . They told me bike is not there for test drive but bike was standing at backyard .I think if person is buying that bike so that person should get test ride before taking bike. But no support from team.

The place from the inside is perfect but the location is horrible. The roads are completely broken to the extent that you cant even call them roads. Approaching this place in your car can certainly burst your tires.

Nice place, have many high level companys in there area, but according this level area cleaning not good. Road crack, dust every whare, dust bin facility very rare. Poor work on cleaning

Had a worst experience with this Ducati showroom, Just before finalizing the Harley Davidson Street Rod i visited this place for Ducati scrambler and one of my friend was looking for the monster. During the visit i found staff was not very keen to sell the bike and the person was not having the enough knowledge about the available bikes and specifications. Also he was trying to avoid the test ride while i was visiting the showroom after ducatis invitation for test ride.I would never ever suggest someone to visit this showroom or you guys can even try the another showroom in case your are strict to the brand or the model.
