We were three women (me and my 2 daughters) staying overnight. On the way from Coorg to Bangalore. One of my daughters had an exam in the afternoon due to which she required a quiet place with internet connectivity. The hotel was perfect for this. Their high speed Internet enabled her to complete the exam hassle free. The hotel also allowed us to extend our stay a few hours beyond the standard check out time so my daughter could work undisturbed. Will definitely refer the hotel and would love to come back. Worst place, pathetic experience. Rude staff. Run down interiors. Fungus on wall and curtains. Safe without batteries. TV shows not work. Swimming pool shut down. Gym run down. Reception not receptive. Management not bothered. Food is a complete let down. Buffet to a la carte... Its all the same. You will get better stuff down the road. Adding some snaps from my experience. Will never come back.

Good room but not enough space to park vehicle. You have park in the open area, my car was taken over by ants overnight from the nearby trees. And before checking in I called mobile number available online many times to confirm my booking but apparently the duty manager was very busy to pick calls.

We stayed here on the night of 25th September.While people said its nice, neat and safety was met, we faced the following issues:1. No one for vallet parking, no one to offer the welcome drink- citing Covid security as the reason. However, no one took our temperature as we enetered the building, if covid was a real concern.2. We had to call the house keeping staff numerous times for essentials. Service was slow.3. In our dinner order, we wanted 3 paranthas for 3 ppl. But they could offer only 2 or 4. This behaviour just prompts food wastage. No solution to offer what was needed was shared.4. The food was BAD. Everything was undercooked. We ordered paranthas, jalfrezi and dal. Paranthas were white, veggies in jalfrezi were undercooked. The dal was not boiled properly. The food was a disappointment.5. Among the snacks we ordered, the vegetable cutlets or something came on a bed of French Fries. But the French fries were just a way to decrease the quantity of cutlets and make the food look scrumptious. Caught you, Grand Mercure.In all, I dont know what the hype is all about! I wouldnt visit this place again on my next visit

It was a horrible stay at Grand Mercure. First of all, parking is an issue, during covid times the management shouldnt be parking the car yet no other choice so we had to give our car everytime and sanitize everytime. Now coming to major issues during the stay:1. We had been to the palace and water in the room was over. With 2 thirst small kids, called for water bottles, after 30 mins when we blasted them saying kids are extremely thirsty they managed to get the water.2. Second night due to Covid and rush, we decided for in room dining, our food wasnt delivered for 50 mins. On questioning they said the order was misplaced. They retook the order and couldnt give us again for 20 mins saying the burger machine wasnt working.3. Early morning 4 am because we had complained the manager last night, they have come again to replenish the towels, disturbed everyones sleep.4. To add to this we paid 10k per night to get this horrible service. Its a torture.While I see everyone speaking so good about the hotel want to know what went wrong with our stay and what made you to spoil our vacation.

A very comfortable and clean property to spend quality time. We stayed for a night with family. Rooms are spacious amd well furnished. On the higher levels the skyline of the city is a pleasant sight.Courteous staff and a sumptuous breakfast made our stay a satisfactory experience.Overall a good outcome for us considering that we made a very short notice booking!!!!

Nice cozy hotel. Spent some time by the pool as well. Comfortable stay. But dont expect 5 star facilities. The carpet had musky smell. But bathrooms and bed was neat and clean. We just had to spend night there and leave so it was ok.

Good place to stay in Mysore. Well maintained and hygiene standards are well above average. Food at the only restaurant currently operational can be improved, though it is not bad. Only needs a little more twerking to make it more tasty.Parking can be a bit of a bother here as there is insufficient parking space. If you get here a little later in the night you need to struggle to find a parking spot.

Esp their morning breakfast and buffet dinnerOnly suggestion to ppl..go for live counter, or Ala Carte. Dont go for what is served..Ala carte is super disappointing so would suggest eat out side, Mysore has some amazing option or swigy yourself some good food

We stayed here on 9 Sept 2021, such a warm place. Truly comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff is polite and graceful, special mention to Mr. Debnarayan who made extra efforts to make our little 3 year old baby feel more comfortable. Its a good place to stay if you come to mysore. Dont get deceived by looking at it as a five star hotel. Its more of 3 to 4 star.You can pay around 2k for rooms here. Breakfast spread in buffet was good and has good taste as well. Staff are a bit slow with the request but are friendly. Overall a good decent place to stay if your planning to stay at mysore.

After reading many good reviews about this property in Mysore I wanted to stay there and called them on their front desk around 4.30 PM and the lady transferred me to their reservation desk and no one would answer. It ringed for max time and the call got disconnected. So I called them again and updated them the situation and again the lady transferred and same situation. Because it is covid time I wanted to stay at safe place, ofcourse there are other hotels too, but since I had read about them, thought of getting it there itself. It is very unlikely of my nature, but I called them around 7 times and it just rings . I can understand its pandemic and skeleton strength at hotels, but they did not even bother to call me even after me leaving my contact number. Finally I decided to check on other hotel as I was to travel the next day and booked at an even better property. Those guys lost a customer for lifetime. Without experience their service I could get a feel of their approach...🙃👎
