My wife and I purchased a Eureka Forbes Vogue vacuum cleaner in November 2019. The product started giving trouble after 8 to 9 months. After logging a complaint with Reliance Digital in Mall of Mysore I had to wait well over a month for someone from Eureka Forbes to contact me. After multiple attempts to contact Eureka Forbes and after the complaint was forwarded by Reliance to EF, a technician finally came to our house and checked the product and said that the motor was burnt and that they would get back. They never got back, so we decided to call EF and they passed the blame onto Reliance Digital saying that it was their job to handle the matter. After contacting Reliance Digital at Mall of Mysore, they said that they cant see the bill number, which I thought was very unprofessional as the Vacuum cleaner has the barcode under the product. By this point we were both just tired of both Reliance and Eureka Forbes.Considering what we both have been through, we wont recommend Reliance Digital of Eureka Forbes due to their poor after-sales service.

Staff is cordial and fine. I bought a Symphony Air cooler. Billing part is suspicious. They said one mobile antivirus is complementary/free but its billed. They said it was discounted. But the truth is the discounted amount is taken by this unsold product which i could figure out. Since it was a nominal amount and in a pandemic situation i was not in a mood for an argument. I wont go back to Reliance digital to buy any thing. Need to be careful with billing part. Its a not a good practice to do sales in an unethical manner. As good will i dont mind buying the product keeping in mind the sales persons target requirements but this is not acceptable.

But the problem is they dont tell everything in detail when you buy, hidden charges and all they dont explain properly after you buy and when you pay the bill they will say this and that..I went to buy Apple earphones, In their website they have mentioned 1900 rupees when I visited the store they said 2200 which I more and when I asked they say if you want to buy , you must pay 2200.. Even when I showed their own website they did not listen and I had to return without buying.. Later I bought for 1900 from Apple store.. Just a floor above..

Bought a smart TV from this store and as per the discussion had during purchase demo and installation should have been done with in 24 hours but its been 4 days no-one in the store is ready to help you out.. I had got one Jbl ear pods and that also I had to exchange because of defective product. Customer service and support is quite pathetic. Bought an AC recently and was promised installation on the date of delivery. It’s been two days and I’ve called the customer service repeatedly to have the AC installed, but they keep delaying. I’m being asked to speak to different people all of whom make promises that they have no intention of keeping.

I had also researched that the CPU in India is different for S5 as compared to European edition. So I inquired to the executive next to the phone about the brochure or booklet for the phone and the reply was: Why do you need booklet? This is the phone. Take a look at it and buy it if you want. I was stunned with the response. I replied I wanted to know the CPU version of Snapdragon and the response was that This is the phone, buy it or leave. I didnt expect this from Reliance!! I left the store immediately.------Experience at local cellphone store------After that I went to a local dealer and I mentioned that I am here to just see the phone and not buy it. I asked the same question about booklet and he handed over me the booklet and even offered me tea. He also offered that if I buy from them, he will give me free accessories worth 7k apart from whats in the box.--------------------------------Now you tell me whos better in terms of customer service?

Our Jio numbers ave stopped working. The speed is worse than 2G. No solution to the problem since 6 months. We are using Samsung A7 2016 model. Complaint given many times. I will not recharge the numbers again.

Worst customer service after sales. I bought LG AC from reliance digital, mall of mysore. sales people were good and friendly. However after sales, service and installation is pathetic. AC installation guys dont have AC installation knowledge or required tools to install. Installation guys are not panctua and dont keep up the time. Installation team damaged my water line and my entire bed room was turned into a swimming pool with muddy water. My bed, clothes were spoiled because of water leakage. i had call my plumber to fix the problem.Eve after intallation was done, there was a water droplets leakage from AC inside the room rather than outside the room. I Called up technician and shwroom, but of no help. Still trying to fix the issue myself with other technicians.I will never buy anything from reliance digital fro now on.Worst customer experinace.
