I had a pleasant stay with my family at this hotel. The ambience as well as the location was wonderful. The rooms and amenities were excellent too with the staff services.

More clienlessness required and food is not available in hotel .Local food available opposite to hotel with good taste. This hotel is 30 min away (13 KM) from the Munnar city and need own vehicle to reach Munnar city. Near by Amiusement park and boating available. Total around 6 room in this hotel.

Tiny Rooms. Only One Towel for Two People. No Bath Linen. No Hot Water. No Bed Tea or Coffee. Sad Place. Felt Cheated.

Nice place. Dont expect too much and arrive here. Fairly reasonable and warm and friendly staff. For the value that they offer rooms in this area, they are good and are worth 5 stars....

Hi All, I stayed in Karoli Inn for 2 days...Here is my experience. First point is its not a hotel, its like home stay. Pros: 24hrs hot water available, breakfast was good, location is pleasant though it is far from munnar town. Cons: Rooms are congested, basic amenities like phone, door bell, clothes drying stand are not there, ceiling fan makes weird noise while running. After one day stay, staff told us to shift to different room by giving silly reasons. During second day of stay, bath towels not provided, bathroom window doesnt have lock, no dressing table also, WIFI Password not provided. I felt hotel guys doesnt have hotel managing skills.Overall i am not satisfied with this hotel.

Not worth of the money ..paid 2k/room .u can find better hotels within the price range...Service is worst...Bathroom lock is not working and I complained but he says carpenter is not available and he refuses to give other room by saying that all rooms are full ..I checked in online still it shows 3 rooms are available...Lunch and dinner --- average and too costly when compared to nearby hotelsOverall very bad experience ....

Extremely cordial and very helpful staff!...esp property manager Mr Akhil was very helpful throughout the stay @ Karoli Inn. You can experience Munnar to its length and breadth ! Great place to stay in Munnar !!!

It has an eye catching view point and a pretty place to stay too. But the service was kinda dull cause they refused to provide petty products for the daily use.

Pathetic hotel to stay.. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. No restaurant and they force you to go out for food and suggest the hotel which is utter waste. Be ready to get ruined your experience of holidays. On top of everything the caretaker of the hotel was a vwey ill mannered person who doesnt even know how to talk to the guests. His behavior and the way he was talking to us was very rude and unprofessional.Infact we are exploring the legal option for the agent who put us in such a worst hotel for our stay.

Budget rooms with best service are available. Too good Id say.
