Very good and helpful staff. There are rooms with valley view, try to get one so you can see the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Breakfast buffet is also very good with lot of options. Munnar central is also few KMs from the hotel.

The hotel is near a beautiful tea estate in chithirapuram. Each room in the hotel is having a balcony opening to the scenic beauty of Mynnar Hills and Tea estates.The room is spacious neat and tidy..Also 24hr Hot water supply..The Munnar town is about 3 to 4 Km from Munnar town. Ksrtc buses are easily available. Chithirapuram Bus stop is nearby to hotel. From there everyone can have bus to Munnar town.On the way to the hotel from kochi u can have site of beautiful Cheeyapara and valara waterfalls.Jeep services are available nearby hotel to some of the viewpoints in munnar which is accsessible by only Jeep.The prices for jeep rides varies from 2500 to 4000.The room services of the hotel is excellent. The qualitt of the food served is A1. Most of the days Hotel will be arranging buffet dinner at 400rs per head..The most valuabale point is the view from room balcony

The place was very quint and easily the best spot around the valley. The food served could have been better, the reason Ive rated it 4 star is that a fridge should also be added to rooms, so if you carry something that require to b refrigerated, you may lose it. The rooms are super nice and cozy to stay in and the staff are friendly and very pleasant to communicate with, despite language being a major barrier for foreigners here.

Nice view from hotel for delux rooms, had a good experience in this hotel. They are having playrooms with carrom and chess. Staff is friendly but housekeeping is a concern.This hotel is having a complementary pack with vegetarian menu for breakfast but do have a non veg lunch and dinner. Dinner buffet price is 450 per person and not justifiable looking at the menu(less items).

Great hotel on the hill side away from the busy center of Munnar. Ask for rooms with a view of the valley. The view is breathtaking. Have to stay at least for three days to visit all around. Better to visit in the rainy season when the water falls are there. Winter when we visited was peaceful and tranquilent. Good to take nice rest and relieve of any stress. By the way the place offers a good spa.

The stay over here is pleasant. The room was very good & clean. Amenities was best.Service was also good. But the food was okay in taste. South indian food was better over here. But northern food was not much good in taste. The view from the room was the best. It has amazing view from room balcony. Best view from room!!!

Its a great resort in a calm and peaceful environment and the service staff is really polite and helpful. Food also is good but it would really depend on your personal taste.The real deal however is the view that all the rooms have which is simply splendid.

Location and facility is excellent. The balcony provides a gorgeous view . But I developed skin rashes due to bed bugs which were mild in nature .Water heater is confusing and takes time .Bed mattress are too soft and not good for old people with back problems.

Stayed there for a night with family recently.Pros: Courteous staff, manager, security guard. Housekeeping service responds well to any grievances. Vegetarian breakfast was good with nice servers.Cons: Fan in room only worked at full level. Though I must say they changed the regulator promptly. Exhaust in bathroom was in bad condition, did not work at all dueing our stay.Overall: Nice experience based on courteous, sympathetic staff. I recommend it for families with kids based on my experience.Pankaj J.

The view from deluxe room was spectacular 🤩😍 and the rooms were also very good n clean n the staff is also very polite and cooperative. I recommend to book Deluxe room over standard room because the view of tea plantations and valleys is much better there

Worst place to stay.. They treat u good till u leave the hotel and later they stop u to get money from you.. Never book this hotel.

Wasnt good at allIn a room for 4 PPL they just provided a khat and a bed to sleep.And while checking out they claimed false things.

The Experience was good, I reduced one star bcoz they were a bit slow to react to request but nothing major(water heater didnt give proper hot water). We stayed in their club room which was very spacious for 3 ppl.The food was very good but mostly orriented towards northerners (strong masala) but still it was pretty good .

Excellent food, great spread, Courteous staff, Free WIFI in room and restaurant, superb valley view from room, the most scenic tea plantations very close to the hotel. Altogether this is a wonderful place to stay.....

Staff was attentive, but the nice lobby was simply window dressing as the rooms were sub-2 star level quality. If they took some pride in upkeep the rooms might be OK. No sound dampening in the hallways means you can hear absolutely everything including kids screaming at sun up. Hot water was scant, electricity continued to go in and out and they ran out of bottled water and we were given reused aqua-fina bottles with filtered water in them. After staying in 6 cities/towns in India, this was by far the least value for the money and didnt meet expectations.

Nice hotel located amidst the natural Beauty tea estates. Comfortful stay and nice dining hall on the top flour of the hotel. We can enjoy the beauty of the nature while taking food.
