Nice and Comfort StayVery Nice and Comfortable stay in hotel. Front office staffs are very cooperative and friendly. They provide early check in for me and family. Site seeing tours are also arranged by them. Restaurant and the staffs their are also very nice. Enjoyed the stay in Club 9 Resort.The hotel is easily accessible.

Great View. My wife and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. A very peaceful hotel with great staff and an incredible view from the room balcony. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Munnar. Thanks Club 9.Very nice place. Very neat room. Mr Alan was very helpful and always had a smile. The food was excellent. The property is 5 kms away from the centre and as such is very quiet which we loved. The scenery from the balcony is captivating.

I was looking forward to trying out the restaurant and wasnt disappointed. Food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and provided a good service. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and modern decor. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to family and friends.

The staff was very helpful and immediately came to our help. o pollution or crowded places. Two-three days will surely help regain the thoughts together. Very Good Hotel in a very reasonable price !! and yes a very good manager & human being - Mr. Alan..fabulous guy !I had a stay in this hotel last month i.e. June.2018 during the second week ( apologies for the late review :)...it is very good hotel to stay in a very very reasonable price...rooms are good..food is also good but there is still a scope for improvement in that area especially North Indian Delicacies. And yes, a very very good & a true gentleman manager - Mr.Alan...totally loved this guy..he is very considerate...humorous during meal times & taking orders...he should be awarded for his excellent services. One & only reason that I would never forget a great stay at Club 9 resort is Mr.Alan & his cheerful attitude !! You wanna meet his kind of guys when on a vacation trip...!!

Comfortable stay at Club 9 ResortThe best and comfortable place to board in munnar. It’s our every time stay place coz of good hospitality and tasty food. The food quality and the taste is really good. It’s a value for money. The rooms are clean and property is very nearby for all touring locations. Management is good and very friendly well mannered staff with good attentiveness.

This hotel is in devikulam , which is an amazing place, Our stay was for one night only but was awesome and memorable.Breakfast was good and tasty and variety of food was given.I would suggest close your eyes and select Club 9 Resort . Awesome service especially @ Restaurant!!Just to put on record what a difference Mr Sajin, made to our stay at Club 9 resort with his pleasant smile, jokes and complete attention to our needs during our meals at the Hotel. It was so nice to be met with a smile and he was one of those who knew what a holiday crowd is all about:-). Though he was attending to us, he didnt fail to run to the next table when something dropped from a nearby table and also attend to a crying child.Thank you very much Mr Sajin and we wish you all the best !We found the other staff very helpful too and attended to us very efficiently. Best budget Hotel in MunnarHad my second visit to the Hotel after 2 years. The first visit in 2015 was not very satisfactory, but very happy to see that the Hotel amenities have improved remarkably now. Even though it was not pre planned, the hotel authorities were very quick to set up a room. Just called and enquired at 7.30pm, checked in at 8 pm ..quick!Clean and beautiful rooms with the best you could expect in a 2 start hotel, very polite and helpful staff, If you dont prefer a resort type stay and just need to stay near to Munnar town , go for Club 9 resort...pricing is very economical compared to other Munnar hotels who loot the customers in peak season.Not sure they have a restaurant there. But there are several good restaurants nearby.

Okay. Im writing it while Im at this lodge.I cant share my all experience,but in short I would like to tell that its fake. Dont come here. Hotel manager will surely loot you. Because Im an avid traveler, so I just wanna advice to all my traveler friends. Please dont come here.Hes very expert in organised loot.So Ill advice to not go there.It was such a terrible experience for me and my friends.And all the reviews are given by hotel manager, owner and by his friends and relatives.You can check it. Those emails are used for only 1 review. Its completely fake. Dont believe on them.Even youre unsafe there. And more thing no WiFi is there only BSNL network available.

Normal Rooms are too small, and you wont be able to breathe. Deluxe rooms are better. Service, staff are good, restaurant is good. Not good for families. Bachelors can stay. You dont get any network coverage ( for almost 4 Km radius)except for bsnl. If you are lucky, they give you the wifi password.

Dear travelers , My name is AkhilI am a tour operator ,Pls dont book this hotel its my humble request... they are cheat usmy group got a very bad experience in this hotel. Hotel manager Mr.Alan shows me nice photos of room and he gives the client very bad rooms like paddy field.Guests are not ready to take the rooms and they find another one.He take 2000 Rs as advance from me and he is not ready to refund the amount also so pls dont take these room otherwise u will get very bad experience.Dont be cheated anyone thts by I post the full story.

Worst hotel in this Munnar which worth negative for the money spent. Makemytrip again made mistake by choosing this hotel for stay in Munnar. The smell coming from this room is like living in hell. If there is negative rating i would have given that.
