Property was nice.. Nice service by front office and f&b service team.. Only one staff in restaurant and he trying his maximum for providing better service to the guests.I don’t remember his name actually. But he was a nice guy . Don’t expect a good view from the rooms. Room was awesome,but the hospitality is just average. Indoor pool is good for family. Personally i don’t recommend the food . And the parking place pathetic, but the staff will help us to parking

Its away from the city and main road, so you can enjoy the peaceful moments, you can do on a nature walk and its refreshing. The view from the resort is really beautiful, you can see the sunrise. Food is very good, its like up to 5 start meal, the staff is very helpful, they made sure that we reached home safely and that we werent cheated by taxi/auto drivers.I found that since its called a 4-star property, the cleaning of the rooms was better and I hope it will improve in the future.

Two stars for the food!Somebody should teach them the basics of hospitality. Make sure that you dont keep anything valuable in the room when u go out. They kept our room open post cleaning when we were not there.Also they were trying to put some additional charges just to trouble us while checking out. There was some kind of stinking near the corridor. Parking is also pathetic.

Newly built, ok food,clean well maintained rooms...only let down is the view..dont stay here if ur coming to munnar for the view...otherwise its good ..have included the view from the downstairs rooms ..have reduced one star considering the view was a let down

Its very poor.. front desk is not working even during check in. Room keys given was wrong twice . I have to wait outside the room for almost an hour . Reastaurant bills are provided only during check out . Rates for food was double compared to what discussed in restaurant and actual bill .

I dont know what others think... As my experience I was there for 2 night... It was awesome.... And worthy.... Just for reasonable cost they provide excellent service... When I was there a boy who speak Tamil... And little bit malayalam who handle all reception job and room requirements... He s a Asset for them.... If you dial 9 (reception) same boy will pic call and he himself come and clear the doubt and leave.... Overall.. Enjoyd.... Awesome........

The place serves excellent service and is well maintained... For the time being the number of dishes are limited but the ones served are delicious... Chef too was very keen towards the way how we wanted the dish to be... Provides a good view and nice ambience...

Trivers is a beautiful property facing the east mountains. one can get beautiful sunrise view from the room, so if youre a morning person this is your go to place!the entire hotel has a modern aesthetic which is very chic and the rooms are beautiful with minimalistic styling and clean & tidy bathroom!the staff is very friendly and they will go beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Very nice atmosphere, staffs behavior, cleanliness and maintenance of the room, very tasty food, restaurant atmosphere. The restaurant staff is really dedicated. At night they made special food for my baby at my request. Coincidentally I had the opportunity to meet the resort manager. Also, I was happy to know that he was from Thiruvananthapuram.

A Good Resort with Great ambience, Good Rooms and Delicious food. Even though I went there without getting any other during these New Year time, the Resort completely satisfied me with their service.More rooms are yet to come. All those who need to get a nice stay at Munnar i would strongly recommend this.Only thing i would recommend is to add up a little more Gaming or other activities.

Good rooms with views towards greenery and mist. Pool is available, but not operational due to covid protocol. Food was excellent. Good hospitality from employees. Could have provided more items in the leisure area like a snooker table, table football etc.

Most worthless resort I have ever been to. All the photos and videos you see of this hotel is not at all like that. Complete manipulation. Extremely expensive for what they give and not even worth a penny. The attitude of staff was extremely disappointing as if they dont even care whats happening. One of male staff that I had encountered with was extremely slow I have to emphasise on that that he is extremely SLOW. If you are coming by car, good luck parking it as it is extremely SMALL. The funny part is that in breakfast that they provide as complimentary is really funny. What you get is bread toast and butter and jam and if you order you will also get omlette. The rooms are just okay okay. There are no essential items in the room. The view of the resort is just disappointing. The resort is located extremely down the hill so the climate is also blah. I have gone to 10 times better resort for the same price. JUST GIVING YOU AN HEADS UP.

Excellent new resort located 13 km from munnar. Rooms are with nice interior and bolcony. Toilet is neet and hygienic. Staff behavior are good. Restaurant food are good.Break fast and dinner is with less menu. South Indian food like doasi and idli could be added to menu.

I had a booking for 2 rooms for 25 th Dec 2020 and 26 Dec 2020.I did the booking on 15 Dec 2020.Got confirmation on same day. I did a booking payment also.on 24 I called them and conformed again.I reached property at 1 pm 25 Dec 2020.Surprisingly,I got information from reception that the doors of the 2 rooms I booked were jammed and they asked me to go to another property. When I reached the other one I found out it is under maintenance.I left Munnar with my family because of this hotel. I dont recommend you to book in this property.I can provide more details regarding the booking and communications with the hotel.Regards,Reghuraj

Food and staff behaviour is good.The main drawback for this hotel is it is constructed down to hill because of it you will not see a good view from corridor. Rooms are ok. Parking space is less.

I was stayed with my family for 2 nights in Trivers on Jnauary. Marvellous experience, delicious food and wonderful hospitality.Great job team for your heart touching gesture. Sure we will meet again soon

First of all thanking Trivers team and management for the wonderful hospitality provide us during my honeymoon days spent for 3 nights in Munnar. Really calm and tranquil place in the middle of nature 13 KMS only from Munnar town away from business. Really had a quality time, tasty food and clean rooms and above all smilling skilled staff always ready to make your stay delighted.

The hotel is excellent and one of the best in Munnar. Clean and new rooms with balcony, welcome drink, complimentary fruits and water, breakfast with continental and local dishes and very good room service. The hotel staff were warm and helpful. Beatifful views from balcony and restaurant. All amenities and services were top class and made our trip to Munnar more special.
