Hotel is at the prime location in Munnar town. Hotel staff and the manager are so nice and decent people. Manager gave us the one mattress extra as complimentary and helped us in planning for sight seeing. And even allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Munnar.. A budget hotel

We stayed mount shelt during our trip to munnar.Location is awsome.Hotel situated in centre of munnar, that help us to easy access Tourist place and Transportation facilities. Fantastic stay and all staff were polite and friendly. Food was very tasty

A decent hotel near the KSRTC bus stop, the market is nearby within walking distance. The host makes great coffee.. view from the window wasnt much but the room was well maintained, warm and cold water in the washroom. Tissues provided only if you ask.Make sure to double check your check-in time to avoid any delays.

Hotel is at the the heart of Munnar town. All the facilities are easily accessible from this location.Hotel staff and the manager Maharaja is really a nice and polite people. Good hotel. Cordial staff. Everything is nearby only. It is near the bus station and Munnar town, so easily accessible. Will be booking it only on my next visit. Strongly recommend 👍

The hotel was not worth the money. The toilet was filthy and it had spots from the previous guest when we checked in. The bathroom floor was disgusting and i saw worms creeping up the floor drain. There was no shower, only a hole in the wall through which water spurted out when the tap was opened. The towel wasnt clean. There was also a razor used by the previous guest left in the bathroom. No fan in the room. The bed was ok. The staff was polite and helped us plan our itinerary. I give two stars only because of that. We wont be back here.UPDATE: The owner made Google remove the photos I posted (filthy toilet, shower, dirty towels etc)

With a tea garden view this hotel is in Munnar town, situated near to major tourist attractions, market, shopping area and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.
