Very unexpected and worst possible management in every manner.So much chaos.I needed to shift from one room to other.1.Hot water issue.2.NO FAN NO AC. Unable to dry cloths.3.Everytime you need to call for drinking water.4.No room service telephone. U need to use your mobile phone and if your phone has no range then it will be of more Fun.5.Doorbell not working.6. Bedshits were not changed.7.No cleaning person come to clean.8. Lift got stuck and locked thrice in a day.

The hotel rooms are mediocre, with good bathrooms, though. Theres a restaurant on the ground floor with most cuisines available. Theres sufficient parking available, too. Overall rating: 4/5

Its cheap and best, 1k per night , rooms are clean , have hot water for bath . And it is in centre of munnar , so can go to surrounding places
