Lot of people should take a leaf out of leaf resort book. If one wants to experience the word delight this is the place. Beautiful graded rooms, Overlooking the valley, so many flowering plants inside the estate and general manager and staff eager to explain every question on nature, flowers etc. Such hospitality I personally have not experienced else where in the past. Quality, ambience, design, food all par excellence

The experience was really excellent. The ambience was very pleasant. The place is very hygienic and organized. The service is also very good.

It was a wonderful experience being there. the service and Hospitality are all up to the mark. A preferred place were we one can take elderly parents as well. We where bunch of bikers whom where on a wanderlust and we enjoy our time in the infinite pool there also in the recreation room. Also i cant miss complimenting about the Compliment breakfast they provide hihi. Because it was yummy and hygienic at the same time with multiple choices as buffet. I am also mentioning a nice gesture i saw there that i saw the gentleman whom who helps us with the food also helps the elderly and toddlers serving the food and helping to go to washroom as well. we wont see such gesture much.

The ambiance of the resort was really cool. The cleanliness, food, and service were up to the mark. The whole team of staff was well behaved. Moreover, they were very hospitable.Special thanks to Benny Varaghes for introducing us to this wonderful place.

I have stayed in The Leaf for about 2 days and i tell you it was an amazing experience. The location is very good far from town and i personally like this thing.View from the swimmingpool and cottages are very nice and relaxing. No extra sounds , natural sounds like birds sound and other things. Staff is also very cooperative.I requested them to arrange candle light dinner,flower bed and they have done it very well. And Food quality, Room cleanliness, resort location,everything is good. I will recommend this stay to every one if you are staying near munnar.

I highly recommend this resort for foreigners. Spent 2 nights in Dec 2019, very clean, surrounded by amazing views, staff friendly, meets all the western needs, nice eastern and western breakfast/ dinner buffets and very refreshing pool. Only negative part is arriving at this resort, the State could invest in infrastructure, roads are very poorly maintained.

The ambience of The Leaf Munnar is really nice. The trees and the flowers makes a great combo for taking beautiful photographs and where ever you point your camera its super nice!I am sure the people who created this landscape have done an excellent job and have thought through with thier plan.Few cons I found though was the facilities provided inside the cottages may not be in par with the ambience and not value for money. There were many staffs who were really great to us and hospitable, but we did have some bitter experience too.Overall I would live with that since we were able to click some amazing pics which we will cherish about this trip for a long time.Also dont forget to collect you complementary family picture printed and framed for you when u checkout from the resort.

Its difficult to judge if the rooms (specifically the one with private pool) is worth the cost, since it lacks facilities. Rest assured the people are so friendly, the food is real good, and the service is also super.

Great location,best for family gathering , lot of entertainment for kids . Nice ambience for photography . Cleanse toilet and bathroom . We booked 4 number of room . Room no. 204 bathroom was wet , clogged bathroom,the room for very confused. No space for extra bed . Not at all value of money. Room service quite poor. We called for repairing the television and they arrived at 9.30 . The main attraction of the resort are the campfire , locations , pool , well maintained property. Nature preserving hotel.

It is a wonderfull place to spend a holiday weekend.The resort is easily approachable from the highway and the way to the resort is better compared to other properties in munnar expecially if you are driving lowered vehicle.The property is well maintained ,neat and hygenic with lot of greenery and wonderfull landscaping and has a good swimming pool.The restaurant also serves good food and the staff is well mannered and friendly.The villas are reasonable in price and has got good privacy and if you can spend more money the luxury pool villas are amazing which you have to stay atleast once.

We had an awesome time at The Leaf, Munnar. The service was good. The property was also good. The view was out of this world. Everyone was so courteous and happy to serve. Thanks for making our stay delightful.

The good:Neatly maintained.Good Food.Nice facilities.Good looking pool.My room was a pool room and it was neatly maintained.The Bads:TV channel always drops off.Internet is very bad that too drops off at intervals.Need to work on regular room servicing.The lunch and dinner was buffet so the room service menu was very limited.Kitchen opens only after 7.30 am.

Stayed at The Leaf Munnar for three nights in the Feb. The resort was outside of the Munnar so environment was very peaceful. The experience was awesome. Staff was very polite. We booked three Golden Suites. Rooms were quite big & clean and all had a great view. Hotel arranged for cabs as well. Cabs drivers were polite too. Would definitely recommend the resort.

“Awesome Rooms But Food Is Horrible”Rooms are spacious and location of the resort is awesome except the condition of the road. I would not recommend to have food from the restaurant of this hotel, for stay only its worth paying. The Lunch and Dinner is Horrible. Breakfast is ok. Staffs are supper helpful and friendly.

They were not even providing basic room cleaning, no water bottles or towels replaced despite humble request. They said it was because of corona protocol, but they kept the swimming pool open. Thats even more risky.Their food was good and staff excluding senior managers were polite! Not a great experience.

A really good property thats situated 15 km away from Munnar on a secluded, silent part of Anachal. The property is well kept and has all amenities and facilities that could get one well rested and pampered. Stayed for a day with my family and loved the tranquility. The staff is very pleasant and accomodating and had a smile on their faces at all times. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good enough. One of the main factor that I would like to point out was the seamless wifi connectivity all around the property and not just bound to the rooms as is the norm in other properties.The only shortcoming is the ambience and weather difference from that of Munnar. Since its away from the popular hillstation, even if only a few kilometres, there is a difference of about 4 degrees which turns out to be quite something. Hence those who intend to travel for the chill weather and cool ambience shouldnt expect these here. Apart from this, there is literally nothing else but good things Ive to say about this property.

Leaf is one of the most scenic resorts in Munnar. It is located slightly before Munnar town and hence the weather would not be as cold as you expected it to be, but it is pleasant than the rest of Kerala. We got the rooms on the cliff which were spacious and clean. The only problem with these rooms are it is located in the bottom of the cliff so everytime you have to go to any part of the resort you have to trek uphill. The food was definitely the highlight of the stay. I would still rate it only three because of the staff. They never informed us about the availability of different types of rooms, we were just assigned the rooms they thought that was good for us.

The Leaf gave us what we wanted- cozy accommodation, silent atmosphere, clean surroundings, serene green forest views around...all thats required for a holiday stay. Staff was cooperative and ready to help when needed. Food was excellent.We enjoyed the NY party.Suggestions: Bitumin approach road, increase car park area.I give 4 star.

Nice place to stay. The way to the THE LEAF is not convincing

The leaf hotel Munnar stay was very comfortable and entire staff is very friendly. Executive chef Beng Varghese is such a nice person in and out. Couple of us dont eat onion and garlic. He accommodated our request. So friendly and humble. Next time if I will visit Kerala I will stay there again. I will definitely recommand same to my relatives family and friends.

I would highly recommend a stay at the Leaf during your time in Munnar. The staff was very professional and pleasant from the moment we arrived at the resort. We had special accommodations for mealtime, but the restaurant staff never delayed us in our itinerary and were very accommodating. The campus of cottage villas were also beautifully quaint and spacious, decorated with the local fauna and flora. Overall, the resort captured the essence of Munnars natural beauty while delivering a 5-star worthy experience of service, relaxation, and fun!

I stayed for my honeymoon trip after long corono lockdown.I decided to go there based on the reviews provided.The hotel and the location was superb there was no problem in that.But I was upset with the particular person who is the manager of hotel when I reached I didnt know his name who is very short and fat.His behaviour of treating the customer was very worst.Showing attitude and treating badly not even replaced our bath towels and cleaned the room for our two days stay and when I ask about it his response was very bad.i didnt expect this from 4star rated hotel.My kind request treat everyone eyally.Anyway I am satisfied with the another Manager Anoop as he regret whatever happened.

We visited the leaf, Munnar for a leisure trip along with friends and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary! Firstly, we were given a free upgrade to our booking which we least expected owing to the peak tourist season. Secondly, our cottage was beautifully nestled in between the lush green valley and the mountains offering great views and a soothing experience thanks to the chirpy birds. The rooms were very clean and the resort had well maintained lawns. The infinity pool had great views of the mountains but the water was very cold and we felt our experience would have been better if the pool was temperature controlled. Their ala carte restaurant had good food options to choose from but the taste of the Chinese cuisine could have been better. Their staff were very cordial and always promptly catered to our requests. All in all, it was an incredible stay at the leaf and we would highly recommend this resort to any traveller seeking a peaceful vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city life!
