Good rooms and budget friendly

Neat and clean place. Good service and fast service. All staffs are very polite. Very much happy to stay there. All should go atleast once to stay there.

We just walked in to the hotel on a late evening looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights and little did we know that it would become our home away from home. We were greeted by a young receptionist who was keen on up selling the best of their product in a very professional and polite manner. The rooms and hotel are extremely well maintained and are always in a clean and hygienic condition. The initial impression of the property is of an upscale hotel with premium product and services.We were given a complimentary upgrade to a hill view room and it was magnificent! The F&B offerings are limited at the moment but everything is delicious and served in a nice hearty portion with a warm smile. We tried Indian and Asian cuisine from the menu and everything was just perfect. They offer continental as well but we couldnt have an opportunity to try. Housekeeping did a fabulous job in ensuring that we always had a comfortable and clean room when we came back after a tiring day.Special mention to the lovely ladies and gents at the reception who spent time guiding us through the place, planning our itinerary, providing insights and booking spa appointments for us. Honestly, I have never seen any hospitality professionals working and coordinating tirelessly to ensure a perfect experience for a guest. This team is a true asset to Isaacs and I commend the management on having them onboard.A special mention to the teams ability to handle guest concerns and feedbacks. Coming from the Hospitality industry ourselves, we have certain presumptions and expectations despite that place we go to but the team at Isaacs handled all our requests and feedbacks extremely well.Throughout our stay, we never felt that it was a 3 star hotel, from my experience over the years in different hotels across India, this was nothing short of a Five Star experience. I wish Google reviews had a greater rating than 5 stars because this hotel truly deserves it!Will definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.Keep up the good work!!

I think this is the only hotel in Munnar with a Bar. You can enjoy your drinks in there restaurant cum bar. Staff is very good and cooperative. Options for drinks are limited but atleast you can drink otherwise you have to buy from local wine shops which are shaddy. So if you are a couple and looking for some drinks then this is the best place to hangout. Car parking is also available so no worries. Enjoy 👍

Went to Isaacs twice whilst staying in Munnar. Once was just for a drink and the second time for food. The place is spotlessly clean. The food was lovely, freshly cooked and really tasty. The drinks arent cheap but you are in a nice environment and not some dark, seedy bar! Staff were friendly and helpful

Food was just ok. Very much over priced. Quantity of food is very poor and the price too high. A frozen paratta is re heated and sold for Rs 30. please avoid this hotel. Only good thing is the hotel is clean

We were with Issacs for four days and had a great time. The property is excellent and well maintained.It has a easy access to the Munnar town and is close to all the beautiful places. Every one in the host team were very courteous and helpful. The food is also good and in fact at our request the Chef was kind enough to make a dish of our choice (out side the menu). The price is very reasonable and is a great value for Money. I may mention this was our second visit. The first one was in February 2015 and we had a similar great experience.

Issacs Residency is the best hotel if you are considering to stay within Munnar town. Lovely hotel with a brilliant view of hills, in case you get the front view rooms. It is just amazing to watch the hills while you have your sumptuous breakfast! Impeccable, crystal clean with a nice aroma all around the property is the first thing that strikes you. And yes, you cant get better staff than the folks who manage this property - worth mentioning hotel manager, Mathews, front office, Shravan and Bharath, They were always ready to serve you with a big smile. Thank you guys!

Decent stay at the heart of munnar. Quite busy place, always hearing noise from vehicles and honking. But you can easily reach the market and have access to good Street foods. Ask for rooms well above floor 1 to have good view and less noise. For served here was not bad. Residency has parking lot within it which can accommodate max of 8 cars.

The location of hotel is good. Food is available but have defined timings for it.* Didnt find any balcony attached to the room.* I felt the hotel was little overpriced.* During my visit the hot water available but I have to call the reception to get the water to my room. Overall the experience was fine.

Booked three Executive Rooms at Issacs Residency........Excellent Hotel....5 stars to Issacs Residency. Food was awesome, a bit costly though, especially the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of menu to offer. Rooms and toilet were clean.... staff were courteous... Location was very convenient , right in the heart of the Town....Next time would definitely opt for Issacs Residency... Finally a big thanks to GOIBIBO for the special Discount they offered me.

Hotels location was good, ample of parking space and room size was simply great. Market view rooms were great the only drawback was the rooms located at the back side. Breakfast and hot beverages were great. Local market is just 2 mins away by walk.

The hotel was super clean... And the food very also very tasty... I think two things should be added in the hotel to make it 5/5 .... first is Room heater as Munnar being very cold hill station and 2nd Drivers Resting area....

I stayed with my family for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Very good service and excellent food had in restaurant.very convenient place to stay to reach alltourist places.especially the manager of the hotel MR.Mathew was very helpful to brief us about Munnar traditions. I definitely recommend people who will visit Munnar must be prefer this hotel.

For best rooms its excellent but the staffs arent good at always showing face to the coustomer and also not allowing the children to play hospitality is worst to the core seemed to be like an hostel comparatively hostel were better . Do change the staffs manger my humble request. If its done then will be good .

Centrally located in Munnar town. A reasonably good ambience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A good clean , reasonably priced place to stay while in Munnar. We ( Wife & I ) will definitely be back.

If youre at munnar and you want stay at a decent hotel and not be too far away from the town, Issacs Residency is the place youre looking for.Prices are a bit above average considering how average everything is be it the rooms or the food at the restaurant. But you cant really ask for too much especially when youre on a hill cation. So taking all of that into consideration, it wouldnt be a complete waste of money checking in for a few days or even just going in for a meal.

Good hotel. Good location. Hotel doesnt appear to be renovated in last 15 years. Old furniture. Inadequate charging points. Awkward bathrooms. Clean rooms, although inadequately lit. No white lights in the rooms. The in-house dining options are good, although limited. Excellent breakfast. Do go for complimentary breakfast package.

It is a decent hotel situated in middle of town.the rooms are good and well maintained. The only issue is that their hotel is overpriced. There are a lot more options available closer by in case of both north and south indian food. There is sarvana bhavan which servers very good south indian food and there is a Marwari restaurant also that serves homely north indian food.

Nice stay for family. We booked two rooms and its a comfortable stay in the heart of Munnar town. Food is good but little expensive. I would recommend others for a pleasurable stay here.

One of the good place in Munnar to stay. Quite near to the city centre and bus stand. Although not in the middle of the city but very accessible. Rates are competitive and services are good. Try SN restaurant for dinner, which is just a minute walk from the hotel

I have visited Munnar 4-5 times in the past and was never happy with the food. All the time ended paying high for cheap quality food.The food is good compared to other restaurants in the area and rates are nominal. I d highly recommend the place if you are visiting the place with family.

Its was fairly good.The rooms were just a bit more moist but I guess thats what you get in munnar. The toilets could be improved and lighting was a bit more gloomy. Overall it was a great experience.

Stay was amazing, on check-in time, front desk firstly denied for 3rd person a kid almost 12-13 years old, asked for extra person money of Rs 500/- toward the breakfast and stay charges, and we told them its not necessary for b/f for 3rd person. Next day by check out time again the same drama that the 3rd person policy and however managed, these type of minor issues trying to loot customers, otherwise everything OK, Very good hotel dfntly come again with a rock bottom discount provided by Go-ibibo

It was a 1 day stay. Room was really good also the staff are very friendly and greeted with a smile all the time. Had a good day off.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Mattupetty Dam. The Hotel is just before the main junction in the town and has parking space for the cars. The restaurant is up-market which means a meal for two will cost around Rs. 1200 - Rs. 1500. The food is excellent and considering the lack of good restaurants in Munnar, I will highly recommend this place for a great meal.

The hotel was amazing...There was ample parking facility available and the food was good not excellent but things are a bit on the high side....The customer service is excellent and there is of course a wait for things here....Anyways it’s a good place to consider in Munnar......

Since 2days my stay in issacs residency is excellent . Hotel is located in a very convenient location to access all the tourist places.The way of mattuppetty dam is starting front of the hotel itself .Very good service provided also mouth watering dishes(especially breakfast) were served in beautiful anamudi mountain view restaurant .I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and of course recommend to my friends and family.

It was a gud stay....especially because of goibibo. Location is great! If u want to stay near market as well away from noise of traffic it is good choice...onr shud request from a room with view of hull side as I found other side rooms have natutal garbage next to window.
