Bakwaas service. No value for customers time. Bus departure delayed by 1hour at the start. Busses filled with dummy passengers to fool customers. Non-stop buses halts and waits like local trains at each bus stop. Charges are unreliable.Dont opt for this bus especially when traveling to reach on time.Better options are the Mumbai Pune taxis (cheaper) or shivneri / ST (reliable)

Sales Team Employees are Liars, Arrogant, Cheaters. Buses are worse qualities. Staff and Employees love to make fake promises.

Worst, worst, worst.Dont have fix rates. Traveling time is like passengers. Took 4 hours Sion to Wakad.They charge u based on bargain. If you dont bargain, you have to pay anything they asks for.Last weekend they charged me 400rs from Sion to Wakad, and when inquired other passengers they had paid 300 from Dadar.When I argued with attendendat, he was Damn rude.Shivneri, Shivshahi, MSRTC Buses.. are way better.

This travels is the rudest and most not punctual ride that you can ever take. They also charge you a lot for it.Also the new small buses that they have from Dadar to Swargate has the most uncomfortable seats ever you can ever.

Very bad and careless service........ Worst experience, dont go through it.
