The front office was pleasantly decorated but the staff could have been more friendlier.

I booked tour for my family for France, paid in full in January, they applied visa in March End, they didn’t made file properly, didn’t attached all the required paperwork and visa got rejected, the lady “Pranjali / Harshada” said you can only get 25% refund On your entire amount, I feel like I got robbed, poor customer service they delayed applying visa so they knew if got rejected they can keep entire amount, plus beside suggesting different tour options for amount paid, there customer service is forcing my family to cancel tour and get refund so they can keep the money. That’s not Ethical, my family is Frequent Travelers the way they treated them was not acceptable.. If you reading this STAY AWAY from this people.

The staff did not provide us with proper information on tours.If it would have been possible I would have rated it as 1/4th or 1/2 but they are lucky that the minimum rating here is 1.

My parents got a call the day before their trip starts saying they failed to process their visas on time. They had the passports since February and they failed to process for 2 months. This is not even remotely professional behavior. They have caused serious disruption to my parents vacation schedule. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS....!!! OVERPRICED AND UNRELIABLE

Booked Scandinavia with Russia tour today. Cost for 2 person was Rs 5.36 lakhs but amount swiped was Rs 6.26. Notified sales executive and the transaction was cancelled. Could not book as credit limit was not available due to this error and had to return .
