Staff will help you choose whats best for you after giving u options. Realtime booking. The bus provider (Premier) had an awesome sleepers coach to offer.

Prices are decent. Staff is quite good and helpful. Services are ok. Buses are very late with delays of around 1-2 hrs....that is very irritating sometimes.....but overall its good.

First and the last experience never going to try their service again. Worst service ever. Bus was said to arrive at 11.15 for Mumbai to nasik it did not show up till 11.45. when contacted the deepali owner told us that bus had left from some other route without picking us. He said he will arrange for another bus and made us wait for more than an hour . When we took bus persons number he said to wait more 30 mins and we will get only 2 seats instead of 4 which we had already booked and paid for . And he said we have to either adjust 4 people in 2 seats or pay extra for more 2 seats . Deepali owner said there is another bus which we had to go to highway to catch . We had to go by auto which took us 20 mins to reach the stop and again we had to wait for 1 hour more in middle of road after midnight and inspite of waiting for almost 3 hours we were forced to catch that bus since it was the last one because we had to reach nasik before 6 am . After entering the bus we were only given 2 seats since there was no more seats available. We had to adjust 4 adults in just 2 seats for the entire journey from Mumbai to nasik. Inspite of paying the full amount for 4 seats . There was no revert or refund from deepali . Once I m back from nasik I will make sure to take strict action against deepali travels so that nobody else has to face the same problem in future. Wasting hard earned money and time of people.
