Very bad service. These people just book ticket and forget everything. These people dont even bother Whether the passenger has boarded the bus or not.Has the passenger reached the desired location or not. Its not save at all to buy tickets from RATNA TRAVEL AGENCY - GOREGAON WEST.

Convenient for the Goregaon East people to catch buses plying to almost every direction of the country.Just beside the Express Highway,it is easy to notice and locate.Professional approach, no frills attached service, concern for the travellers makes it Special.There are many Travel agents on this location and Ratna had a good reputation among them.

Large variety of buses. Office is a bit small, but thats okay.

I booked a cab for 3 nights for a panchgani trip from ratna travels. The cost is very reasonable. They sent me a driver who was very polite and had tremendous knowledge of that area. Thank you ratna travels especially mr girish shetty and ramdeoji

Ratna travels located in Goreagon East is a good travelbagency if you are planning to travel by bus. They book tickets from Mumbai to almost anywhere in India. This is most convenient place to book bus tickets especially if your travelling to Nashik or Pune from Mumbai.

Arrogant staff. Unfriendly, rude, although there is a sitting area, they do not even bother to show courtesy to senior citizens to come n sit inside until their bus arrives from borivali to pick them up for journey to Mangalore.
