The service was very good initially. However lately when I order fish the weight of the fish is less than charged. Ordinarily we never weigh the fish however when I felt the fish looked less in quantity I did weigh and it was almost 250gms less.Thats a lot for a 750gm order of 1500 RS. The delivery timing is all messed up too. Sad but its not the same. Very disappointing.They are never in time and the service is non reliable. I gave money in advance and now I am stuck.

Must say... makes fish shopping easier...! And if we talk about the quality, no doubts on the quality too..They deliver you with good quality fish.

Awesome Experience!!! Dint know this service existed in Mumbai. I ordered over the phone in the morning and they delivered the prawns in the evening. Will definitely try again. Would be good if they come up with a website to order, that would be super easy.Cheers!

From last three times getting Stale fish(Basi machchi) and u wont get delivery on time. I tried from Sagar Fish its fresh and delivered on time.

Highly Unreliable and Unprofessional ! I had placed an order for Karimeen 3 days in advance and after following it up for 2 days and getting repeated confirmations i was told the delivery will happen at noon today. I invited some friends for lunch and at 11am i get a call saying its not happening! the excuse given is we were unable to procure the fish. So basically an hour before my delivery they woke up to realise that they wont be able to meet my demand. There goes my lunch. Perhaps we can only dream of such things and in the meantime shuould stick to Jai Hind or Our Local Fisherwoman Maushi who atleast meets her orders without fail.To save the day with my friends i asked for a Pomfret as a replacement which in their fastest scenario will come by Tea time..Perhaps nexttime il order the fish and after delivery tell them Sorry i am unable to procure the money as a payback for blowing my lunch.

Fish quality is very good, on time delivery.

Called them at 930 AM and they said they will deliver at 1230 PM. I accepted and placed the order. At 1230 PM, they said it will reach by 130 PM, I waited. Then extended it to 230 PM, I waited. Then extended it to 315 PM. Finally they came at 320 PM. This is ridiculous.
