Recently I was with my friend dining at Zaffran, they have some amazing variety of non veg and specially tandoor jst loved it.We tried few stuffs like the chicken(Murgh) biryani which is their speciality and the fragrance to taste everything was splendid. The rice was well marinated with the masala and tasted great. Coming to the murgh afghani tikka, it was quiet sufficient for two and juicy and tender chunks filled out heart. It was as tasty as possible. Murgh Tikka masala we paired it with the biryani and the gravy was equally thick and tasty. The tikka was well prepared and the succulent chunks are too yum.Lastly we had to order chicken tandoori tikka ❤❤so succulent the portioon was quiet sufficient.. Packaging was done quiet well and it was pipping hot! !! I would rate this place for their food extremely yumm and will surely satisfy non veg lovers.

We ordered kurmiri Tikki as starter and, Dum Subz Handi & Paneer tikka masala as main course from this restaurantFood quality is very good and good packing.Kurmiri Tikki is very good in taste and served with green chatni. Inside stuffing was there.Paneer tikka masala is quite spicy and having some pieces of Panner with gravy. Had a very bad experience at zaffarn,(kebab corner).the biryani was like a normal rice with turmeric water and chicken piece with it..when biryani comes in our mind automatically we start thinking about Indian spices and that taste which we all are fan of,but it tasted so bad infact they forgot to put salt its was tasteless..we asked them to give the salt.the curd which we call raita was sour taste maybe its wasnt fresh.bad service

This is a self service outlet in Infinity Mall Malad. The staff is very helpful. The food quality is good. The taste is authentic. We had ordered Afghani Chicken, the chicken was very tender and taste was very good. Perfectly well cooked chicken. The Afghani chicken was really nice. Loved it. The Biriyani was equally tasty. Zaffran is a very popular place for all Mumbaikar serving Indo Afghan food, I happened to visit their Malad OutletAmbience is charming to start withWe had only starters here the reason being the Menu was quite limited the Only reason I am giving it a 4 Star.We had Veg Ghalouti Kebab, Achaari Paneer Tikka, Naanlets and Aloo Tikka.All were good in taste , Zomato Gold is accepted here so quite a good experience and a good deal.Special mention of the service , the guy who took our order seemed old and he was very helpful in guiding us, a delight for anyone getting the service from that person, very polite and courteous.

Tried the shami kababs, mutton handi and laccha paratha. The food was awesome. The kababs were soft and had the right blend of spices. The wheat laccha paratha with crisp with layers went really well with mutton handi.

Ambiance is nice for a mall restaurant. I was there at non-peak hours so very empty. Service was good and friendly. I ordered the Tikka and butter Naan. I specifically asked for it to be well done. It wasnt! Instead of Naan I was served Parrata and they kept telling me it was Naan. It wasnt Naan! OVERALL it was average food, but pricy. Service was good.

The 3 star goes for food and only food.service is very horrible and slow and the quality of restaurant it is the staff not acceptable at this level of restaurant. As you charge 10% service charge on bill which cannot be appreciated at this level of service.

We visited Zaffran in Infinity mall Malad; restaurant is located in food court. Perfect place for family get together. We visited this place for birthday celebration. We ordered couple of dishes like Mutton Shammi kebab, Chicken starters, Mutton Kheema, Roomali roti, Chicken dum biryani followed by desserts... Food quality and taste is very good. Courteous restaurant staff supported us in arranging cake and serving it. Also, they played birthday music during cake cutting. Along with food such a pleasant gestures are well appreciated.A must visit place for food lovers.

Terrible food is all I can say about this place...We ordered paneer tikka which were undercooked.. could see and taste the rawness and the marination... the tandoori mushrooms were okayish and served cold. In mains we tried lasooni palak and it was brownish green in color and tasted quite bitter... the roomali roti was avg at best... hd hopes with Jeera Rice and dal tadka but even that was below expectations...And they have service charge for the worst service and pathetic food! Never visiting again... just expensive dull food!

Although its pricy, the service is moderate. Also they charge you 10% service charges unofficially over and abouve the regular 5% gst. However they say these charges are the tip for the waiters which is optional. Unfortunately when i was there their card machine was not working and they want to do either Paytm or cash. Not really worth what they charge for

We had lunch here after watching a movie at Infinity Mall. We walked in and got a table immediately. The hostess walked us over to the table. The waiter clarified about some of the dishes such as this dish contains mushrooms or this dish would more on the sweet side. The food arrived in a short while. The food was delicious and quantity was large. We were a party of 3 people and we had to ask for leftover items to be packed for home. The bill for around 3 people came around RS 2000.00. Overall good experience.They serve Vegetarian and Non Veg food here along with Alcohol. The ambience is pleasing and they have Sports matches such Cricket, Kabaddi playing on several TVs. They accept Credit Cards & Debit Cards. I saw signs for Mobile wallets such as Mobikwick & Paytm but cant say whether they accept it or not at present.

Very bad experience. I will never ever suggest Zaffran. They ve negligible sense of hospitality. They dont deserve in service industry. What customer service is all about, i think they dont know abc of it. I ordered Zaffran thru Zomato on my wifes birthday on 10th may 2019. My guest on dinner was the family vice-president of JP Morgan , Mindspae who is my neighbourer also. I ve ordered at 10.30pm. when andi followed after one hour they replied that it wull be dispatched in 5 min. When i i follow after 30 min to this ,there reply was food has dispatched and will reach you by next 15 min. We will ask rider to call you. When food didnt reach to us in 30 min ,hey i enwuired and tgey replied to my surprise that my order has been cancelled. At 1.45.am of midnight they left me with no food and no alternative gor me. My guest went without food. Disgusting. I will never recommend Zaffran where no sense of basic humanity exists.

Truly amazing experience with friends and family. Food was awesome although a. Bot costly but worth it. Even chef came down to our table and greeted us and enquired about the food being served.Its a must go for a family dinner. Loved the rumali papad which was truly amazing for kids.Cocktails option are also good. Chicken dish were really awesome and good for 4.Have visited many times and will cutely visit in neat future.

Food was extremely spicy and chilli factor of 110. Galavati kebab was in fact minced meat pounded together with some weird spices - not melt in your mouth dish that I have had before from this place. Overall, quite disappointed with the four starters we ordered.

We had been to Zaffran to celebrate Easter but it turned out to be an uneventful afternoon for us. First the service was slow and we had Mosquitoes to keep company. Our first dish was Fish Tikka. They had Basa but we wanted Pomfret and they served us Pomfret Tikka. Pomfret was not fresh and tasted fishy. Next we had Mutton curry with Biryani. Biryani was good but Mutton curry had no taste of Mutton. Overall not a good experience with the 10% Service charge.

Known for its Biryani I always wanted to visit this place. We went on a weekday and still the tables were occupied. We ordered Murg Malawi tikka which tasted fine. In main course we ordered chicken and mutton biryani, they tasted awesome. Now I understand why people have such high regards for the biryani here. The ambience is very simple and pleasant. Rates are tad bit expensive which is expected due to the popularity of Zaffran and also because it is in a mall. The staff was courteous and the service was fast. Whenever you plan to visit do make sure to order the Biryani

Visited Zaffran with my family, the first thing good about Zaffran is the ambiance that would give you a royal dining experience. Both were tasty, even we had chicken and mutton biryani. So over all food is good and tasty but can be better and cant say about veg food. Just that variety is less and no mocktails and drinks. Talking about ambiance , it is very good. I will surely recommend it to my friends.

The highlight of this place is the food. While all dishes are good, we particularly liked the paya soup and raan biryani. Ambience is also nice and staff is polite and courteous. Service could be a little faster.

I had ordered tandoori aloo as the name itself says its made in tandoori but when the dish came out was full of oil, when I showed them and all why so much dripping oil in tandoori items they returned it back and changed the serving plate and came backAlso my friend had ordered wine and in that too Lotsconfusion on the vat, steward said we are charging 40 % manager supported him with 40% when we all for the bill amount than he came and told from today it had changed to 5%
