We ordered soup first and it took 20-25 min to arrive. Meanwhile we ordered a chicken gravy (chicken fry masala) with rotis it took another 30-35 min to arrive. We were already done with the soup at this time so we ordered the main course (kepsa) before having our gravy and rotis so that it will come on time. The sever and the other staff was not at all attentive ! We kept checking the time and asking when the main course will arrive ! Our hands were literally dry waiting for the main course ! My whole family members were tired at the end and just wanted to leave without having the main course. Also, when we asked the server he threw an attitude saying it will definitely take time and we can’t help it ! All together I never expected such an experience with “Lucky restaurant” which is one of the finest restaurants in terms of service and food!

Went there to celebrate my friends birthday. We ordered chicken kepsa of Rs. 890 excluding taxes which was good enough for 4 people. The food there was super good had a great time and the staffs there definitely need a raise very attentive and friendly. Definitely a go to place to have quality time 👍🏻👍🏻

Starters were the best. Biryani was very dry and not spicy. Do try chicken tikka and chicken pahadi kebab

The apple chicken was true to its name with lots of thin slices of apples garnish. The rich flavor was thoroughly enjoyed. Since v r at Lucky biryani, it would be a shame not to try the biryani. So thats the second dish v ordered. The biryani could have been more flavourful but overall tastes was good.

As far Ive visited mumbai in these years its actually pretty good for awadhi biryani, Most of plaves youll get over spicy or full hard gravied masaledar briyami which really burn your tastebuds as someone whos from city of nawabs this one is must goto destination in your list. one in goregaon and the other in bandra. Biryanis are delicious and the menu is full of different types of delcacies to offer. Quantity is decent like for one full biryani youll only have for yourself not for 2 people as 1 is liitle more for one but alaso one is too little for two. Well ambience is good amd smell ma-ma-miaaa

Went to Lucky restaurant, had ample parking space. Ambience is good. Staff offered sanitizer and was polite with quick service. Ordered Chicken manchow soup, Apple chicken and Chicken boneless briyani. Soup was good in taste, Apple chicken was crunchy but had sweet and sour taste, briyani was of below average taste with shredded chicken, was not expecting shredded chicken in briyani instead of chicken chunks.

Amazing hotel and very nice service as well as teast...

This is an average hotel. Reception, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Rooms are big but not well maintained. We they kept maintained room then i would have given one more star. If This is ari conditioned duplex room we took for 2500 per day inclusive of breakfast. They have resturant also on ground floor we can order from there also to the room.

Lucky is synonymous with Biryani. Im a big fan of their Chicken Biryani. It is cooked in true Hyderabadi style and served with a broad smile. They serve some lovely kababs as well. But you must finish your biryani with either of their two amazing desserts. One is their Firni which is so creamy and fresh! The other is the caramel custard which is equally tasty. The place is clean, service standards are high and the food is lovely! Highly recommended for Biryani lovers!

Burnt kebabs, soggy seekh with lots of atta. Disappointed with the quality, not the usual Lucky. Onions replaced with cabbage, that says it all on quality.

Lucky hotel serves mughlai dishes and is a popular destination for especially the biryani (both chicken and mutton) lovers. Although the dishes can be on the oily side, they are reasonably priced. One cannot have those biryani and not be satisfied. Even the aroma in the restaurant is also very inviting! Desserts are well prepared!

I would go there again. For 3 stars and the price it has offered very attentive and helpful room and reception service. As usual, things dont look new and perfect, but everything worked. No bad odors or noise. The restaurant deserves credit too. Reasonably priced, pleasant enough ambience and a menu that features the almost unique option of having spikeless (iranian) dishes. Again very attentive service here too.

A budget friendly hotel with all basic services located in Kandivali West of Mumbai. They dont have a buffet breakfast where you can have unlimited food. Apart from that the rooms which they provided me & my family with were also lacking in cleanliness. For a room of three, they provided only one towel & despite telling them to give us atleast 2 more towels.It is still a budget friendly hotel for anyone travelling in a place like Mumbai. The room size was enough to accommodate three people only. The hotel location is safe, we had no problems finding it at night. Apart from that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Had stayed in Lucky for a day. The rooms are clean & staff is helpful. You can order the food from the lucky restaurant which is on the ground floor (till 12am). Post that also staff can arrange food from other nearby restaurants. Its easy to locate & you can easily get an auto from the place as a lot of them are parked just in front of the hotel in the morning.

Good place to stay. Small rooms. The restaurant here is really good. The complimentary breakfast is wholesome. The food in restaurant is worth trying. Staff is co-operative. The location is fairly convenient to reach. Bombay exhibition center and mumbai airport are well connected to the area. Though the view from the rooms is not so great.

Tasteful Biriyanis!

This is the second time we stayed at luckys and found everything was well maintained nothing looked shabby and old which is remarkable....right from reservations to check out we had a lovely experience.The Front desk team is worth mentionable for his courteous approach to clients. Breakfast is fantastic being such a small occupancy hotel and so reasonably priced i think their breakfast is great with all that one can think of and much more. Every and any guest looking to stay in Goregaon or near by this is the place...

It was an average stay wise but offered good food staff was good in terms of behaviour and was friendly but still it has room and improve on bathroom upgradation specially lighting and ventilation along with other few amenities. We face ice blocking issues with the AC in our room and made us jump with the sound then we finally figured out about the cause which I know hotel staff wont be able to anything about it as it was a matter of time for monsoon the humidity level and moisture levels are high so its a but obvious reason. It was an average stay coz for me hotel felt stuffy and suffocating on floors and lobby.

Its a good and cosy place

This is a good place to stay if you have come for the Bombay Exhibition Center.The rooms are well maintained and the staff are courteous and provide very prompt room service. They also have standard complementary breakfasts. The air conditioners in the rooms are old window type but still do a pretty decent job. The food at the restaurant are a bit overpricedCheck OYO for better rates.

Needs relook

It was a good experiance, lights were smooth not too bright, arrangement of dining table was good, seats were very much comfortable, parking is also avilable for cars and bike. Environment was fresh nit too noisy. Just took more than expected time to get the dinner on the table. Bur overall the experience was good. Recommend by me.

A good place for non vegetarians. I have eaten in this place many times. Hyd Dum biryani (Make sure it doesnt contains potatos) and mutton pot is very delicious.I would also recommend Chi Kepsa Rice if you going with a big gang.

Lucky Hotel is quite expensive okayish sort of hotel. The food is blande and only a few dish like kebabs are good. Ambience is good and its quiet inside even though being on a busy street. Overall good place for a quick bite or weekday family dinner / lunch

One of the best budget hotels in this area! The location is great! Its near Inorbit and Oberoi malls! Railway station isnt far either. The food and customer service is very nice.

For what you pay, 2400 INR including complimentary breakfast, you get a bit more. Decent rooms, clean and with all necessary amenities. Local restaurant always tastes good. One and only one issue with the location for now, traffic while going towards Goregaon west due to the construction of a flyover.
