Average experience for an International 5 star hotel chain.Pros: The rooms were clean and odorless.Cons: The rooms were small.Bathroom did not have toiletries like Dental kit, Shaving kit, Shower caps etc which were provided on request.One of the lights was not functional, had trouble operating and maintaining temperature of the Air conditioning, trouble with operating the curtains.Didnt have a car so dont know about any parking issues as mentioned by some other guests.Breakfast was very average, only selection of Indian breakfast, no continental selection at all which I mentioned at the reception and they said its due to the renovations going on.Overall I believe theres a lot to work on to live up to 5 star International brand name.

We booked 2 rooms in july. We gave surprise to my father in law for his 75th birthday. The stay was good, in all. Though would like to mention few points.1. The breakfast buffet spread was not impressive. It could be due to covid scenario. Earlier, we had stayed in andheri radisson & their breakfast buffet was better but that was before covid times.2. No complimentary cake or decoration for my fils bday,though we requested them to do so. Again, they said its cz of covid ,that their bakery is not functional.3. The rooms were spacious ,nice & cozy.4. The washrooms were also clean & good. The stay was pleasent, but still structure was ,i found andheri radisson & other ones better than this goregaon one.Otherwise,the stay was pleasant. No complaints from the staff.

It shouldn’t be 5 or 4 star.. by appearance or by staff behaviour. No Covid protocols, front desk staff remains mask down. They keep arguing but don’t wear masks properly. Very rigid for everything, not willing to help. No parking place, have to park car outside on the road?? Staff didn’t agree to provide even an hour of late checkout even for urgency.

Had a warm welcome, the rooms are in perfect condition. Ever so cooperative staff. Accommodated my early check-in. Looking forward to the same for the next 4 days👍

I have to mention the Spa and Wellness Team. It is a pleasure to have a massage after hard days of work and the therapist Mrs.Thai is very professional, polite and experienced.My back pain was gone while my mind was relaxing. The facilities are very inviting and clean with a brilliant feelgood atmosphere. 1 hour therapy feels like a short holiday. Thanks.

Their buffet had good variety, the place was nice. Covid safety standards in place!

No safety measures whatsoever. Guests were allowed to cough and sneeze freely over the buffet counters without masks. Appalling service.

1. Good Kitchen and F&B staff - Chef from Garhwal region (cant recollect his name) & Sourav Acharya were helpful, friendly, extremely courteous and downright professional.2. House Keeping staff sucks - stole our things from the room.3. Front Office staff is lazy, arrogant and racial.We had a really bad experience staying here for over 2 weeks. To start with, I was surprised that Front Desk gave a room under repair to long staying guest and a Christian fellow at the front desk paid no heed to our request to change the room considering my health condition. With dust and dirt in room, I got sick with a night. How arrogant could Front Desk be! After 2 days and repeated requests, our room was changed.Few days later someone from House Keeping staff stole my expensive shoes and Belt during our stay here. House Keeping used to collect dirty linen from a store adjacent to our room every night around 2am and would wake us up because his huge laundry bag was tied to hooks nailed into the wall common between the store and our room. Complained many times to the Front Office staff but they are not just racial but also highly complacent. When I gave a written complaint, House Keeping Staff stole an expensive brown leather Armani Exchange Belt and semi formal black leather Clark shoes.Staff at the coffee shop however was very friendly and helpful. Since we were long staying guests, they ensured we get home like north Indian vegetarian food. Hotel is in a Muslim dominant suburb of north Mumbai and close to the coastline.

I was quarentined in this hotel as required by my company prior to join offshore Rig. The rooms are big & clean. Food is tasty. Staff is cooperative and always eager to help. Room services are very quick. I loved the window sitout the most in my room. Bathrooms were clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

We had booked two rooms for a weekend staycation. The plan we went for was Superior room including Breakfast and Dinner. We decided to first book the rooms for a just a day and then extend it by another day, basis our experience; and thank god we did that!The rooms are just fine. A little smaller as compared to other Raddison properties. Room service is also good. Here comes the food experience,1. As expected, we thought itll be a dinner buffet but, to our horror, it was Limited in-room Dining on reasons of restaurant being under repair but the Breakfast buffet was available. Sounds weird. IKR!Ok, so if you order separately from the hotel menu which we went for evening snacks, you get proper plates and cutlery. Our Limited in-room Dining Dinner consisted of one per person Train sort of black dinner plate with sections for food. For cutlery, there were of course given a wood fork and spoon 🙃 Our dinner menu was preset and it was Chinese. That to not filling at all. Guess what, we had paid around 1.5K per room extra for the Dinner inclusion but got nothing! Literally nothing. Trust me I felt looted. 2. The Breakfast Buffet: One of the smallest spread i have ever seen. I have been to other Raddison properties and it was even bad for Raddison standards. Non-veg lovers will be Extremely disappointed.Overall in a two liner brief, rooms are just fine and room service is good but do not go for a proper hotel experience. I would not recommend it to anybody.Disappointed 😔

Nice and calm with refreshing and energizing food but meeting halls and banquets are outside in oppoisite premises but overall good with all aspects.

Housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Mr. montoo & Housekeeping manager Laxman. Enjoying stay food also good. Also the COVID-19 guild line was properly followed and in very safely manner.

Coffee shop is too small. Entry to coffee shop is via cooking station which looks very shabby. Shd improve entrance.

I want to especially thank Mr Arun ( security incharge of Raddisson Goregaon ) for his tremendous efforts of highlighting it to me immediately when he found out that we forgot our expensive jewellery in the locker of our room. He ensured it was kept safe and handed over back to my family in Mumbai . A true example of integrity and trust, Hats off to Mr Arun and Raddisson team. So we decided to go for a weekend stay and booked two Superior rooms including Breakfast and Dinner deal for around 7.5K. We decided to book for a day first and extend the booking if required; and Thank god we did that!The Rooms are small as compared to other Raddison properties but Room service is good. On checking in to the hotel we got to know from the front desks that Dinner will be ‘Limited in- room Dining’ since the restaurant is Under Construction. But wait, Breakfast Buffet will be served as usual. Sounds weird? IKRAny way, we went for the evening snacks from the inroom ripped off hotel menu and the food was served with proper plates and cutlery.Here comes the horror, the ‘Limited in- room Dining’ Dinner experience. We were served food in Train style plastic plates with food compartments along with WOOD CUTLERY. For god sakes, what kind off double standard service is this?To our horror it was a preset menus and Chinese food it was. We had paid 1.5K extra per room for the Dinner inclusion but got this. The food was inconsiderate even for one person.Extremely disappointed and I felt kind off looted.2. The Breakfast buffet: One of the smallest Breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Had gone there to celebrate my birthday. Had a great experience! The staff was really great at the restaurant in particular amit and chef raju. Im a vegan and they made sure i enjoyed the buffet. Gave me a complete guide as to what is and what is not vegan and even made certain items separately. Great team!

Its a great place for a staycation. Spent a weekend here and it was very relaxing. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Special thanks to the staff for upgrading my room to a Business Class. I was to check out the next day at 12 noon but for some reason had to extend my stay by half a day and they said it would cost me 2.8K extra till 7 PM. At the time of check out, I was told by Vaishnavi at the reception that they were only charging me 1.5K and not 2.8K. I was delighted! By far, one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. As far as the food is concerned, its quite expensive and the only suggestion Id like to give is to improve the room service. It was very slow. I ordered for a few starters and some drinks and it took more than an hour. Although they got everything together. But overall, it was a great experience and Id surely like to visit again.

We went for a buffet on Saturday afternoon. The food was awesome including variety of snacks. The hospitality and service was great! Must visit if you want to enjoy delicious food and service.

Since we reached at around 3 and the buffet timing was till 4 none of the waiters bothered to greet us or at least attend us... There were just waiters running around dont know for what reason... However the food was delicious..

We had been there for lunch to celebrate my sons wedding anniversary.Hotel is maintaining Brand Standards. I had interaction with Vaibhavi in Front Office and Vikram- the Restaurant Manager. Even on phone, both were warm and receptive and quite helpful.Food was good, buffet spread quite elaborate to satisfy taste buds of any foodie.Congratulations to Team Radisson, Goregaon for making our experience a memorable one.

Radisson Mumbai Goregaon is one of the most amazing hotel to stay at. Shashank at front desk was absolutely was helpful and very attentive. Room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable stay. Wonderful staff made our stay great. Front desk, housekeeping ( Manager Lakshman and Mr Mantu made sure everything was taken care of) and the Breakfast crew in 180 degree Dining restaurant were efficient and knowledgeable. Shubham at 180 degree dining was phenomenal. We found out that he had worked all night as a part of the night shift crew but he was as cheerful as he could be. Not to mention so eager to get us everything as quickly as he can for our breakfast. It was the entire team who worked cheerfully.I am so humbled by these young talented people ( I wish I knew their names) who take service industry to another level by showing so much poise.

The outside road is dug. There was difficulty in finding entrance. Hotel guys are least bothered to put up proper signs

Visited the Radisson Goregaon for Sunday Brunch with my family. Was extremely disappointed with the service.We were not offered any mocktails (which was being offered to other guests). Some of the starters were not served at all to us. The ones which were offered were undercooked. Except for the Indian food, most of the other dishes tasted absolutely bland. The desserts (although large in number), also tasted below average. The only good thing was the cake arranged by the hotel for a family occasion. Overall, an extremely disappointing outing for me & my family. You guys are ruining Radissons global name with such poor service.

There is a reason why you are called a hotel and you exist in the hospitality sector. What Radisson Blu did on Sunday night was horrible to say the least.Imagine this, a girl comes to the hotel gate at 4 am and expects to crash there, cause it is a hotel, she enters with a PRIOR BOOKING and only expecting an early checkin. I am literally stopped at the entrance itself. The security guy stops me at the gate and calls the staff at reception, I request them for an early checkin and all they say is we are sold out and I understand that, I request if I can sit in the lobby until dawn which is barely a few hours away and they deny. I request again and I am denied. I do not understand where is the moral compass of these people working there and the hotel at large. Did you guys consider taking lessons on value education or humanity? I was simply there with a booking and requesting for an early checkin, is this how you treat a woman alone in the night?I do not think I care anymore about any services that you offer, you do not hold any right to call yourself hotel - a place to crash when you are travelling, instead call yourself some sort of stiff upper lippy but not at all worthy, lacking morality bunch of people who do not deserve the management degrees. Please throw them right out of the window and they will land where I was standing for over an hour going for an early checkin.I wish there was an option to not give any rating but there is not and I really want people to know what Radisson is up to.

The ambience and the environment created through the light music and polite customer service is top notch. The amount of care taken towards customer is amazing and the uniformity in their service towards if its whether food, housekeeping, emergencies and even basic necessities is all very well taken care of. Absolutely loved the food, experience, customer service and the ambience.
