A tenants perspective.Powai Park is a conglomerate of various societies. In the apartments section, there are 7 wings, each wing being an independent society and therefore managed very differently, with different rules and sensibilities.The common park is a simple small ground with a lawn and benches, for kids to play. There is one small separate section for kids play which has swings and slides, but not maintained. There is no gym but a lot of green space to walk / run.People are very good and friendly. Lot of toddlers and lot more senior citizens. Mostly families and very few bachelors/spinsters.A wing is an old building with a single lift (shutter style) but maintained well generally, with no water, sewage or cleanliness issues. There is no proper fire and safety system, just a few old fire fighting cylinders, which is a risk. Theres a general sense of hostility towards tenants. Parking for tenants is paid and uncovered, irrespective of whether the owner has a parking space or not. Amazon or other such deliveries, irrespective of the size of the package, are not collected by the security guard and that can be a big hassle.But in all a good place to stay within Hiranandani, Powai. The location is the biggest advantage. The rents are slightly cheaper and compensates for what you dont get here.

Calm serene place for walking and for kids with play area. Separate section with gym equipment is also available. Well manicured green lawns with one end having soccer coaching and the other end with yoga and training sessions. Place to go on weekends with your kids or a morning walk/ jog.

Great location, well furnished apartments, sufficient parking place, small playing ground for kids, availability of other facilities, 24*7 presence of watchman/gatekeepers.

Good society... One of the old structures in Powai and very well maintained!
