The remaining construction is at full swing now. The floor plans are good. Many families have already moved in. The entry is wonderful around the highway. It has the added advantage of being exactly at the new Borivali Metro station and the existing Magathane BEST bus stop.

Place located in kandivali east. Near telephone exchange ceter (Durdhwani kendra) lots bus available from borivali station east and limited from Kandivali station.

Location is ideal but prices are very high due to anarock agent marketing. Builder is new so not having personal experience of marketing, was always dependent upon marketing agencies. During construction builder got financial crunch so project got 6 years delay.

Bought an Apartment in WinterGreen in 2012 for my parents. Waiting for almost 9 years now with no Possession in sight.They had promised a possession by 2016 and has collected 95% payment within those 4 years. Embezzled funds for everything other than the Construction. Sales has been making false promises and no milestones have been hit so far. Single Club House that has been closed for 4 years allocated to 1000 Apartments. Bad planning Overall.Please do not book here as you will end up regretting it.

The rooms are very small here and pollution is very high due to metro work and it isnt a place for peace lovers full of noise due to highway and metro works and also dusty area wont suggest anyone to buy from here

This Project is a live example of how mismanagement and funds misappropriation by builder can ruin a best in class project. Builders wanted to extract all the golden eggs at the same time has made a mess of a great residential project having amazing location. 10 Yrs and still they havent completed the project. Funds sneaked out by fraudulent ways leading to crunch and now with govt funding under SWAMIH, still lacking execution and will to complete the project. Please do not invest in this project unless you see OC by your own eyes (god knows when it will happen)

Pathetic project !!! People have booked the flat since 2010 and they are still waiting for possession. Be careful and CCI/Rivali team is NOT capable of handling such project. They are simply shifting the possession dates since last 4-5 years. Till now also they dont have confirmed possession date. The date in RERA site keep shifting every year to New date. DONT BOOK FLAT HERE, YOU WILL GET STUCK WITH NO POSSESSION LIKE MANY OF US......

A good project at a good location ,gone wrong due to constant failure in delivery timelines by CCI even after taking 90% money. Most unreliable developer ,Khatau of CCI.

Worst experience for the entire 650-700 odd families. After taking 95% of the amount way back in 2018 for majority of the people, till date(20-feb-2021) havent got the possession. On top of that have not allowed a single site visit since past 2 years. Even after losing legal battle under RERA the promoter seems least bothered to even honor the courts order of compensation,site visit and possession by Dec 2020.

The builder has made mockery of which otherwise would have been a great project. He has taken 95% of the money from buyers & not giving possession. I had booked in 2014 with possession date as June 2017. The crook builder has no clue when he will give possession. Now he has started compromising on quality as well. 100s of RERA orders have been passed against the builder but he is not complying with those orders. God can on help us to get our home.

Its a good project on paper but horribly managed. The possession was due in 2015 but still not completed. 95% money is taken from buyers and last mile funding by government provided but builder still struggling to complete the project.

I would like to rate rivali park and its builders (CCI project limited) below than what i have rated here. I really curse myself for the day i booked the flat. I booked the flat in 2012, i was promised the posession in 2015. Being a middle class man i only know what i have gone through while paying installments for the same and have paid up 95% of money very well in time without any delay with each demand. When i booked there was no gst because of the delay from their side i had to pay gst also, never complained for the delay until 2 years back. Now when i went for visiting my own flat, they sent bouncers behaving like gundas along so that i was not even allowed to take pictures of my own flat. How can they direct the gundas to intimidate an owner in his own flat what right do the gunda has. Is this the way the builders are to behave with flat owners. Anyone who is planning to buy flat from them will be met with the same fate once you have paid the money. Before booking my flat in rivali winter green A - wing in 2012 i knew about the very long delay in giving posession to the buyers in their project rivali park white spring project. But i considered the builders khataus are great people, they can fail one time, not every time. But how i knew these khataus are different from the old khataus whom we revered for their business accumenship. But new khataus know nothing about business, construction and only believe in cheating people and diverting hard earned money of the buyers from CCI project , which now not only delayed by almost 10 years and as if that is not enough, now they are messing up with the quality also before giving posession.Winter green project is beautiful, all planning and location was great and i thought that i am putting my hard earned money and future of my family in safe hands. But now i can only see my flat in dreams. Already filed a case in Maharera. Am i supposed to be doing this against the builder of my own home but please tell me what choice do i have. Dont keep these facts only to yourself after reading make your near and dear ones aware before they buy flat in rivali park in any project.

Don’t buy from the builder - project milestone not met - people waiting for more than 10 years - Google don’t delete this post please.Not sure why this project has 3+ rating, wish their was ability to give 0 or even negative rating. If you are considering buying from builder please be very careful and take your lawyer with you and lock the dates in the contract with immediate compensation clauses before signing and paying your hard earned money.I have booked a flat here and have been patiently waiting for more than 8 years and many fellow buyers for more than 10 years. Despite favourable RERA order we still have no sight of when we will receive the keys or compensation for the delay.All the promises from the builder have fallen foul, do not trust their sales people. Various Dharnas and morchas have not gotten us anywhere yet, there are many lies about funding by the builder - they now have funding available from SBI but none of it results in delivery of promised project milestones and progress has yet again come to a standstill. They are milking COVID excuse but please don’t fall for that lie.This is another example of rich getting away with whatever they can (builder owns CCI and has done doubtful accounting of funds accepted by court for review in our challenge)- poor middle class people with their hard earned money are waiting for years to get their flats.When the project is completed of course it has everything going for it and may well be 5 stars but don’t be fooled into buying from the builder.

Its delayed project. Quality is poor. People are waiting since more than 10 years. Khataus are not builder & have no experience of construction. Poor quality & project management is problem. Also when they give delivery is still a question

I feel real sad for this project. It was under curse due to funding issues but could had been one of the best projects in mumbai. But now govt is helping funding to complete the project as of 3oct2020 the pending work has begun but doesnt look the work will finish until March 2021. Revised rera possession is June 2021. As this project was started with before balcony cost in also considered under saleable area. I hope it completes.soon for those who have purchased here already.

The project is promising but the builder is a big failure. He owns a cable business and tried to earn money by making into this business. Last 10 years he is fooling customers. He promised possession in dec 2016. Then 2017 ,then dec 2018. Rera possession is dec 2019. Still he is no where near completion. Dont fall in to his trap. He does not allow site visit also. He will just keep demanding money without any proof. Most people have paid 95 percent payment in 2016 itself.Lot of cases are against builder pending in rera as well as other matters like famous dilip kumar case. Be aware

I have paid Rs 35 lacs towards Booking amount under MOU in the year 2016. The construction was to start within 2 years failing which they were to refund the MOU amount together-with Interest @ 15%. They failed to start the construction and despite my repeated request to refund the money with interest they are not responding and refunding my money for last more than one year. I am a retired senior citizen ageing 61 years and a heart patient and having no source of Income but despite this they are not refunding the money with one excuse or the other. I appeal all potential buyers to stay away from this project
