Highly untrained staff. I have raised my different concern and they were trying to manipulate me by giving different solutions. They even dont know there is no extra recharge required to connect with customer care number on mobile. Lack of knowledge and lack of understanding. Not ability to resolve the concern of customer.

Useless branch staff behavior is worst than govt banks. Even other branch people of this bank says bad words about this branch. Totally hopeless

Satisfactory service so far 😊But one question:Why does the IFSC Code of this branch show Mulund Zavera Road branch? Pls either change the IFSC code or print Mulund branch on the cheque leaves and wherever its needed. It creates confusion in senders mind while transferring the funds.

Staff(FD) very bad,giving details 10 to 50 times on profit to customer but nothing about customers principal+interest+balance in ur bank account loss .All customers r not educate so its bank employees duty to talk in details about profit as well as loss.very disappointed.1% penalty will charge bank if u broke your FD before maturity.Then why the 1%penalty charge debited from customers saving accounts is not showing in passbook? How customer will know,where actually gone the amount without entry in passbook.1Answer

Customer service wise a good branch of ICICI bank. They guide & help you well.But work wise really slow & poor service. I had deposited a cheque of another bank, its been a week not yet cleared.Not happy with the service sorry.Not expected this from ICICI bank😔

One of the worst branch i ever seen in banking sector, i have very bad experience in this branch , my money was stuck in deposit machine, and i didnt got any assistant from staff, staff was very rude and unprofessional. i called several time more then 50 times of branch landline no. but they didnt pick the phone. overall very bad Branch of ICICI bank.
