Actually they dont deserve any star rating.After closing my home loan from them Iam waiting for my house original documents for month time now which supposed to get back within 15 days.no ones care at there branch if you visit I have visited 3 time within this timeEven customer care also dont care your needs.I will suggest people dont go to this kind of bank for anything.

I want to complaint of this finance company where I can give complaint. Dont give ur customer care no.they are also fraud,like u from last 2months our cheque is not disbursed. They received our processing fee also, if this month they do not disbursed our cheque I will case on u in police station

Very bad experience. My loan is sanction last November 2017. But I havent received my disbursement. I also mailed to the company. No one responded. I call customer care. They are also same as their howrah(West Bengal) aadhar office management.

Very bad experience not even capable to have a single star on reviews. Employees are not helpful they themselves dont know procedure of documentation, EMI deduction started before Cheque disbursement, they took 9 PDC Cheque for EMI and also took sign on ECS form to auto EMI deduction but after 9 PDC withdrawal not able to deduct ECS and blaming customers for non regular in EMI.Request you please dont take loans from this bank even they give you loans in 1% interest rate. Because they are always ready to make your credit score 0 for there mistakes.I am customer from kamothe branch Navi Mumbai.

Fraud companythis company which provides loan for home loan .When I was applied a loan from this company for my new home but service charges are very high.The customer services are very bad.The service charges in compare to its rate is very high.The staff behaviour also average no usefull.I had unsatiesfied from this company due its high service charges.Dont believe this company.The company gives loan but collect with high service charges.So its not good.

People working there arent trustworthy and even dont know about the procedure and make fool out of people.I have sanction letter in now for more than 15 days still not received check.Daily they are giving new reasons.Like they are conning people.
