Its the worst private sector bank service provider i have seen till date, the bank employees here are new joinees they dont know how to check users account balance god only will help this branch users stay away from this branch for quick banking experience

Horrible service. Not at all acceptable.Firstly sit with the token for 45mins amd after your number comes..staff does some other work and attends other customers.
Absolutely horrible service from this Axis Bank. Even worst than any PSU bank. A normal request for a letter which was requested from my other accounts were provided to me in 1 day. This Bank is making me run pillar to post and is rigid in providing such letter to me. Borivali Operations Head is not providing any response and giving vague reasons for not providing such a simple letter which my other Banks gave me in 1 day only.
Very slow service, half staff are always on leave. Unnecessary charges on account. Theres always someone i see who comes to shut thier account
I took a token at 11.12 am and was waiting until 11.57 till i lost my patience and walked off. All this just to apply for a Debit Card. I somehow managed to talk to a employee and get a neft form which i filled and dropped in a drop box. After visiting this branch i would say even Government sector is better than this Bank. Such a horrible service in Service Industry is just not acceptable.
Worst bank ever after account closeing my dd was at the courier service they are not bother to inform you about status of your dd .worst service ever i will give minus star .
Worst bank to visit personally although the app works well that credit goes to the app maker n not the axis bank workers. We went for a loan with took from afternoon to evening time. All private bank have intial funds of 10k but some how a lady from the bank name DEEPA SHARMA keept things on hold saying min funding should be 15 20k saying the debit card charges is this that the Q was not about money tranfering the Q is about the service u provide u say that the account should open in zero balance then u say there is no funding and account is closed. You should get claps for this really. Wat a gr8 way of treating customers. Pls go bck n learn marketing subject where is clearly says CUSTOMER IS KING and at least keep ethics of treating them well if not at least give the right information.
Borivali west, mumbai branch, worst bank i have seen in my life. very poor service. In last four month two times i have done internet banking IMPS/NEFT fund transfer to other account but not received same day but received after 3 days. Customer care persons does not have knowledge about which form to use for debit card application. first time they have accepted wrong form and after 10 days informed me to submit other form, second time after submission debit card application form i have not received since 12 days. total 40 days wasted to get debit card. two times i have deposited cheque but not credited to my account in time. home branch and phone banking person both are fighting for issue of debit card application form , blaming each other. i was fed up from whom to collect form each saying they can not provide form. i have current account since 10 years. i have decided to close current account.
One of the Axis Bank branches where you can get your Aadhar card done/updated via an online appointment (Axis is probably the only bank in Mumbai where you can get an appointment online) The process itself was extremely smooth with minimum waiting time.
My bank account was hacked and unauthorized transactions performed. No relief till date. Very poor security systems and unfair practices in internal processes.

Worst bank...long waiting time.Bank charges for yearly atm card ...additionally 200 + taxes for replacement of damaged card. Card used for 5 years has chances of damage...why does bank charge for card they give with 10 year validity but does not last for so long.Every service is chargeable. Dont use Axis bank.
