WORST HDFC bank branch I have visited till now. They are not at all customer centric and need hard talk on professionalism. They think customers are useless persons and has ample time to visit branch again & again. I’m behind this people from last Dec for closure of account and still it is not closed yet.

Hi HDFC team, after so many negative views on the branch. Why action is not taken still to replace the staff with professional trained staff. Just by replying as being sorry for bad experience it wont help. Now Navi Mumbai is developed locality with lots wealthy customers in the vicinity. So better upgrade the service rather than just feeling sorry. We expect quality on service especially now many NRIs have moved in Navi Mumbai. We chose bank for service and not for pain or we will be forced to opt for banks with better service in the vicinity.

Usually i dont review but this issue is serious. On 30th december 2020 i visited bank for conversion of my saving account into NRO account with all the valid documents including photocopies and my passport size photographs . Lady employee filled up my form took signatures and assured me that it will take 7 working days for the process and you get a notification about the same . Since i had not recieved any notification i visited the bank again . Lady on the front desk told me that the employee who filled your form is on leave so it will take more days for your process . Fake assurance were given to me on phone and whenever i visited the bank. Finally the outcome after 3weeks was that my filled form needs signatures and a photograph. Manager herself assured me it will be done by 2 days . After days and days again they want photocopies of my documents . Fake promises . Wenever i had called them they are busy with my work LOL. But sadly the work is not done till todays date seriously it take more than a month for an NRO account?Cheap service been displayed and i want a serious apology from hdfc. I want to pay homeloan from my nro cheque but i guess have to wait till 2050 may be more for my NRO account. Training and logic to be provided to each employee out there. Waste of time waste of energy. I would have given a minus star if there was an option.

Had very bad and pathatic experience.I wanted to open NRE and NRO account.Visited the kamothe branch and submitted all the documents and 11000/- cheque as requested by them.As per them account should have been opened within a week.after week they deposited my cheque and money was deducted from my account. Still account was not opened and same response from the staff will be done soon.10 days after depositing my cheque they told me your application was rejected (that too after visiting the branch on daily basis). They require stamp on CDC within 6 months.Fair enough that must be there requirement. But why they deposited my cheque before verifying documents??And now I am visiting the branch from last 10 days to get my refund. On first day only they told me will get refund in a day or 2 they have already sent DD for signing.And it has been 10 days they are still signing the DD. I told them I will be travelling outstation so need refund urgently. But every day the gave me excuses and ask me to come next day. I have not got my refund yet.They call themself indias no-1 bank. So atleast this is not expected.😖😖😖😖👎👎👎👎👎

Visited this branch for physical statement with stamp and signature. Was told that physical statement can not be handed out to me it will be couried to home. Waited 2 weeks didnt receive statement. Went again and they told me that it has been couriered to my home address. Unhappy with the service visited another branch of hdfc nearby, filled up a request form for physical statement, next day got the statement in hand. Such a difference of service between two branch of same bank.

Worst bank ever. Its been a month and they havent bought my acc into operations yet. Staff leaves the people standing in the queue and keep running behind if some rich person comes.

Staff is not good non cooperative, typical government bank, frequent system breakdown. Staff needs to be professional and customer focused. Not recommended if you are in emergency situation.

Its been 13 days since I requested for a salary account and still the account is not activated.I have visited the branch 8 times and still awaiting response from them. Also couple of false commitments from the staff. Pathetic service.
