The vets are nice, but very very rude staff!! Just the lady at the reception actually who talks rudely not to one but to all actually. Quite surprising, considering that its a place for animals and you would be met by a person whose sensitive to animals and has those vibes. But shes a horror in walking! I thought it was just towards me at first and was quite enraged but soon realized that that is the treatment which everyone visiting there is met with. So people are essentially going there for the fact that the service cost is comparatively less and the vets are good. But given a chance, another place with pleasant interactions would be far far welcome.This review is more to forewarn so that one is mentally prepared.

Running organization for the sake of commercialization. Social Media posts showing all the good work they do but when asked for help in emergency for a cat lying lifeless on road was replied with Take them to the vet I mean that much common sense everyone has and we did try out vet but was in need to urgent help. Also phone number is only for messages and emails which they hardly reply to. Its all for the social media and fame.

This place is true to its description: a community pet clinic. They offer most essential veterinary services at an affordable rates.Please dont expect any frills and be prepared to wait. But theyre among the few clinics in the city that offer Pre and post operative care for cats.We have six rescued cats (apart from dogs) and we would not be able to afford spaying/neutering and regular veterinary care for all of them if not for this clinic.

The staff was very polite and helpful,the whole process right from admission to discharge of my pet cat was hassle free,plenty of cats were admitted for medical care,shows how committed they are to the well-being of felines,overall I’m very happy with their service.

Feline foundation is an ngo in aramnagar, Versova. They are doing very good work. I got 3 kittens of mine spayed there. It is heartening to see in such pandemic times. That pets and stray animals are well looked after by them.

Our cat was mishandled kitty as cat was taken for cold n sneezing ..next day I took again they said cat has dislocated jaw ..next follow 3 day I took him to Dr lele chaitania kalina ..he was diagnosed with severe infection n no jaw dislocation...feline plz value animals life we are their parents plz appoint qualified Drs as we trust n you

Was very disappointed, they did not even check the cat’s health after it was spayed and charged extra 6000 to not cut the cat’s ear. Very expensive place and money minded people. Have no option but to give a 1 star other wise can’t write a review, would like to give it -5 instead. Plz do improve your services.

I stay in Nerul, Navi Mumbai and theres no reliable clinic here that offers spay/neuter services with professional post-op care at a reasonable rate. As someone who has been to cat cafe frequently, I decided to spay my cat here as I had seen many times how caring the entire CCS team is towards their cats and I was not let down. The services offered right from admitting my cat to discharging her were simply amazing. They took the excellent care of her and she was good to go within 4 days of post-op care. Dr. Karen was very kind, helpful, well spoken and compassionate while answering all our questions.Im happy that I put trust in the TFF team and glad that my cat will be able to have a healthy, stress free life now.

The Feline Foundation is the best place for all your needs for your furry feline, the staff is prompt, kind and accommodating with everything, they are polite and well spoken and make you understand everything if theres a slightest bit of doubt you have, I have neutered 8 cats with them and have another 10 to go! By far my experience has been smooth the entire team gives their 100% Ive read comments like they are rude etc but trust me the energy, efforts and time that they put in for service of our pets, strays or any other case they have a smile on their face even when they are exhausted and as humans we can do more than just crib about a bad experience if any, so heres to the team Pallavi, Falguni, Reena, Dr. Caren ❤ and the rest you guys are the best and thank you for everything youre doing for the Felines ❤

Very rude staff at their vet clinic. Had taken a stray kitten in as per THEIR instructions.Yes they went out of their way to accommodate me but behaved very rudely once there. Am extremely disappointed and doubt would ever be contacting them again. First rule of ‘help’ and ‘service’ is compassion and humility. In this case no one was doing the other any favor. If you don’t have the basic, I don’t want to deal with such people ever.

Its a small animal dispensary bang opposite police officer colony 7 bungalows. Another landmark could be diagonally opposite DCB bank or Maknojia doctors clinic.The doctor was quick in understanding the issue and treating the cat. Quiet reasonable.

If you ever come across a stray cat and want to help in your own way, I would recommend you get in touch with Feline Fondation, for a small fee they will neuter the cat and help in decreasing the ever so increasing population of stray animals in our city, or if you just want to donate for a good cause Im sure any assistance is appreciated.

Lost 2 cats in a matter of 20 days. One was not to be de wormed and he was. The other was not to be neutered since he was sick and they did anyway. Business as usual for so called NGOs and animal welfare organizations since lives of strays dont matter. Whats worse zero consequences.

Dr.karen And dr.kaustubh bait and lamya - They are really gud here.The helpers Kailash and ulhas are really nice at handling our babies. The doctors are too the same.Just two inconveniences out here that cud be sorted out :* We have to remember our turn as there is no number system. N this creates lots of confusion and arguments at times. If the number system wud be there,that would sort out a lot of confusions that crop up out there!. *Also there so many bikes parked out that it gets difficult entering in there at times with our babies in carriers and if being carried. Wud be great if some place is left for easy access to the clinic.There needs to be Easy access to the clinic as there are patients coming in.Over n all, its a great place n we are blessed I this area coz we had nothing closeby for our strays .☺️☺️The waiting area is gud n spacious and quite big.well ventilated.Very economical too, compared to any other doctors in the close vicinity.Its a great place to get the babies.

The doctors and hoomans are wonderful. My kitty though very stubborn, seemed to get along really well with them.

Because of them my cat died they are very careless they dont admit cats who are serious they dont take immediate action and are very rude they just keep calling for visiting in opd they dont take action and after the surgery they immediately discharge Ur cat they dont see if she is not in a good condition they just call u and say take her home even Ur cat is not stable

The visiting fee here is 150 rupees, which is a very reasonable rate. I took the injured kitten on the road here. He tested / tested it very well, unfortunately due to lack of X ray facility here, I had to take him to other clinics for X ray. But the clinic is very quiet, clean and beautiful and Dr. Tina is also skilled and experienced. If you see any stray animal in a pathetic and injured state, then its treatment / treatment can be given here at a reasonable rate.Lodging and boarding facilities are also available for the animals, this facility starts at the rate of Rs 250 per day.
