Only car parking issue, better visit on two Wheeler

I had placed 2 orders got a message at 6:30pm that both my orders are ready for pickup, I went to pickup my orders at 8:45pm but one of the staff named Karan refused to give 1 order saying that 1orders pickup date is 11-10-2020 and rudely said to come again tomorrow .I am really upset with the behaviour of the staff at DMart Golfcourse Chembur Ready, they were sitting idle and my order was right in front of me but they refused to scan in boxes.I am a shareholder of Dmart since IPO and was really not expecting this behaviour from Dmart staff,which is such a reputed company and known for building good customer service.I and other customers will never place order again if dmart hires such arrogant staff.I requested 2-3 times to handover my order,showed him on app the order status was showing ready for pickup,but he said No.Why Dmart sends a SMS your order is ready for pickup if staff will not handover the order,now again I will have to take out time and visit for pickup.

Its a store to pick up your orders ordered online through D-mart app but it also sells some other essentials like milk, curd, dosa batter, dishes, hair dryer, stationary, buckets.

Best place for buying your grocery and other home items. Best prices and competitive . Ample parking space available in basement .

Best place to just get your ration of the month and with all the discounts and offers..They provide home delivery too but its good to go out for a walk and just pick up the stuff..

Worst service & behaviour by the staaf
