Absolutely horrible service providers, the contact numbers mentioned online are either busy or not reachable or never answered. The food is very limited on the menu and any other basic amenities asked for never get fulfilled even though they claim to be a 4-star chain of hotel.Really disappointing staff & management.

Smelly rooms and washroom.Torn towels,No TV recharge even after repetitive reminders.Poor quality of laundry.You can enter in the room without access card i.e. access card does not works.

Stayed here for a night. The hotel premises and reception are regal and impressive. Rooms could use some upkeep, especially the bathrooms - they were just about average. Mosquitos in the room at night. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and clean.I ordered room service for dinner - they did not have any of the items I requested for and so I ended up opting for (very average tasting) Chinese food. The Veg Crispy was good, though. In spite of paying 4000 a night, a water bottle is charged at an exorbitant fee, and there is no RO purified water in the rooms.The breakfast was the most pathetic experience. You will only find hard, cold uttapams, bread/toast, paratha, and egg bhurji, all pre-made and left cold, not even made on order.No fruits, no cereals, no juices, no baked goods, no poha/upma/dosa, no yoghurts, Dont hope for any non-veg items.Really surprising to see a hotel of this stature with such costly charges having a dismal breakfast buffet out of which the items were not worth eating. Lots of scope to improve on food and service.

Our stay was satisfactory. The rooms are good but fittings in the bathroom were rusty and old looking. Seemed like it was cleant but didnt look like that. The room service wasnt timely....and we didnt even get a headsup on breakfast timings and when does breakfast get over. On insisting, only tea was sent over. Food prices were overhyped. The reception did remember to however call repeatedly and check when we will be checking out. Had to shift to another hotel all of a sudden coz they didnt have enough power backup.

Good place in suburbs

I had my wedding here from 06-08 march 2020. This included a cocktail party, haldi and finally the wedding ceremony. We had booked nearly 30-35 rooms for our guests. To begin with, the hotel manager Mr. Sahoo worked with us right from the very start to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The decorator Jancy, the DJ Ranu and the chefs Kunal and Balwinder did a job par excellence. I cannot praise them enough for making sure everything was in place, the food was delicious and the guests were happy. Would highly recommend this place for any event. The hotel staff is prompt, gracious and flexible to work with you on your needs. My family and me couldnt have been happier.

Erstwhile Golden TulipProperty is big and good. May be unable to maintain due to highway location or lockdown.Laundry and food charges must come down.Bit of cleanliness can be improved - around property outside the rooms.

Lovely hotel with large rooms. The restaurant has fabulous food. The chef is willing to try and make what you desire if he can. He fixed us egg white omelets each morning that were great. If we had a need the staff were quick to accomodate us.

We had an engagement function. The staff was not at all cooperative. The food served was too cold.They charge for all the small little things, not at all cooperative with the guests. Apart from the infrastructure and venue nothing is good.You will never want to have your function there again.

Best hotel in Vasai ... The interiors are very good and rooms also seem to be nice.. the food is bit expensive but the taste is nice.. the staff also very helpful and polite. Only concern was the bathrooms dont seem to be very clean.. was getting some stale smell in the bathroom.. overall 4 stars for sure.

It has a great aura. The staff is courteous. The washrooms are unwashed and unkempt. The food here is upto the mark. The services by the waiter was not so good. The only problem to get there is that there is no transportation of buses passes around the hotel. You can either come by Ola or by own car. The parking lot is neither large nor small. The banquet hall is not so spacious but it can be suitable for 150 people.

I had a stay at Golden Chariot for 2 days to attend my cousin’s wedding. The moment we entered, there was no one to carry our luggage. The bathrooms were extremely smelly and the AC wasn’t working for the longest time. Our per plate cost for the wedding events was super expensive, and the quality of the food was pathetic. Also, zero points for their hospitality and service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are planning to have wedding events here.

Decent place on the Mumbai - Ahmedabad Highway.

This place is out of the world the interiors are so rich like a palace and it also so budget I never expected i could save so much what I had planned.The staff are very courteous and polite.The rooms are mind blowing its so big and cozy doent feel like moving out.the Wembley bar is so romantic and the restaurant was like a kings palace dining hall.The mouth watering subz meloni what I had was so delicious never had a dish like this anywayThe prompt service in the dinning area was unbelievable.The manager Lawrence was very help full and was always ready to go out of his way to help for any assistence needed.Overall I loved this place was there for 3nights but felt like home.

Its a good hotel around Vasai. Rooms are clean (though mine superior room was slightly stinking), food was tasty, service was very good and friendly. But my luggage had to carry to my first floor room ( might be it was good for health) since there was no one to carry. This hotel is worth staying.

Rooms are damp. Very over priced. Food is average. Do not stay there if you can avoid it. Room servixe was not good. We ordered milk for a baby but it wasnt properly boiled. Avoid

1. Lights goes off anytime in middle of the function. 2. Good was pathetic. Soup had spoil ingredient in it, puri and roti was too hard‌, pasta and rice after partly uncooked and so on. Serving staff do not listen to guest even if they are asked 2 3 times.

It is situated in between sativali exit on highway and Vasai phata exit .. so both the industrial area people have access.They have few halls and places for celebration like engagement group meeting and small party.Good ambiance and well behaved staff

Nice place for family function

The entrance is awesome but the rooms need some serious attention. We were allotted a room which was stinking of dampness. We shifted to another which was better in terms of stink but we somehow did not like the room layout. There were full length curtains, so thought there will be a huge window with a view but it was just a wall behind the curtains. There was this small glass opening just to let some sunlight in. Toiletries were also not marked properly. We had two different coloured shampoo in the bath, couldnt diffrentiate between body and hair. This property doesnt do justice to the room rate they charge.

I have tried to contact them through their online number which they have forwarded to some managers by name dhananjays number who seems to have completed work hours and not interested for my business query. Dear chariot owner, you have made superb hardware but your software ruins it all.

One of my good friends wedding has been held last week and this seems to be a good option near Mumbai for wedding ceremony. Except food quality rest everything was perfect.
