The worst company ive ever worked in. Guys if you work here take your salary and then leave because they will just promise you that theyll give your salary and speak sugar coated words but will never give your salary once you leave no matter how many days you have worked for them. And after you leave the owners dont reply to your messages. They just know how to get their work done for free. And the owner doesnt really knows how to speak to people politely.

The staff is unprofessional, non responsive. Before purchasing, all staff were cooperative, and used to call us day and night, nw they dnt even response, dont recieve the call inspite of calling them 10 times a day amd writing mails. Mr. Pratik sharma and ms shiba was our representative. We are completely regretting for investing jp infra north mira road which was suggested by squaryards Squaryard was the one who introduce us jp infra.. Bt both squaryard and jp infra are of same category... Regretting of investing in squaryards and would nt recommend any one fr this project

Really unprofessional organisation in Mumbai. I was called for an interview for Portfolio Manager today, they made me wait good 3hours & lastly updated me I am over qualified for the role as they are looking for freshers! They didnt have clarity on communications, their HRs are young college girls just asking people to come down for interview with improper communication! Infact people who ll interview you are young boys with no good communication skills themselves! I was extremely clear on my communication & experience, still they chose to waste my precious day, time, efforts and resource. Imagine I went for a face to face interview in Covid as thats how they updated me!!Really very naive & unprofessional organisation.

Please dont buy any property from this company its a CHOR company they will tell u everything about the property and ask u to visit but then when u visit they will say that it is a 3 year possession hold as in the building is still in development and when I asked to return my token they refused, also dont work there very unethical and unprofessional behaviour especially that ganesh and harish kamble, they are 2rs people some normal dalas which u work under also they have a thing for portraying the companys property as beautiful and elegant but it is trash, I am saying from personal experience there was literally the whole streets trashcan outside the propertys gate, nobody wants to wake up to the sight of a trash can please avoid this company.

I wish I had a option of rating these guys in negative. Ive been extremely nice in refusing and telling these guys that Im not interested anymore. I made one call and after that Shahab just kept calling. I requested a couple of time but then the calls never stopped. Gave up and blocked the number but then a new person call Dheeraj called saying my company gave him my number. Seriosuly guys, even if Im interested now will never call you.

Extremely unprofessional, do not have any basic information also about any projects. Always says will get back to you and do not come back. And after few days again someone calls up to take the requirements and days will get back to you.

I am writing this post with the intention of saving someones hard earned money from a big scam!I always dreamt of owning a house and my dream crashed into pieces by a company called Squareyards situated in Andheri, Mumbai. In the month of february, Mohd Asgar, an executive from Squareyards called me and asked me to attend an event called Love Per Squarefoot which was held at JW Marriot. There, I met Asgar and he showed me a property in Mira Road whose actual valuation was 56 Lakhs but as I was a part of the event I would get it at 51 Lakhs. I told Asgar that I cannot book the flat before visiting the site.To that he replied, You can book it today and if you dont like the flat later, we will refund you the booking amountI thought of this as a good offer and decided to book it.We went to the builders desk for booking. I enquired to him whether I will get the amount refunded in case I dont like the flat. He said, the booking amount is not refundable. Hearing that I decided to leave.While I was headed back, Asgar accompanied with the Area Manager of Squareyards approached me. Hitesh Trivedi, the Area Manager, convinced and assured me that my amount will be refunded. This assurance was based on the fact that if brings 2-3 more clients for the same builder, he will easily refund you the money. I asked him repeatedly if the refund is possible, he assured me that he has done these things in the past so it wasnt a big deal. I swiped my card for Rs. 54,000 and returned home.After a week my father and I went to check the flat and we disliked it from every corner. So we planned to cancel the booking and I dropped a mail to builder stating that I want to cancel the booking. Later, I received a mail from the builders office mentioning that the Refund is forfeited. Immediatedly I called Hitesh Trivedi and informed him about the mail. He said forward me the mail and I will issue your refund but the process will take 20 days. After 20 days, I started calling Hitesh Trivedi but my calls went unaswered. I, then called Asgar only to find out that he was removed from the job. I was directed and brought to a road that led to nowhere.After a few days,I get a call from Squareyards to inform me that I wont get my refund back. I know, I made a mistake by trusting on words and no formal documentation. But it is also the duty of the company and their employees to cheat their clients with false promises.THINK before you do any deal with Squareyards. I know the pain of losing my money.
