Very less offered, Less than 40% of Market value, very Bad Experience.After a very professional followup, I went there on 25th August 2021. They took the trial , did the bidding in their list of Car sellers and offered me 3,50,000/. Mine is a Mahindra Tuv T8 Sept 2015, with new Tyres, excellent condition. I have received every offer above 5Lk and finalised a deal in 6,10,000/.Now everyday since 25th August, I am receiving calls from Cars24 to offer some more on the deals. The frequency of calls annoyed me.

They will first give you assurity for good value of your car but on visiting even if your car quality is very good, you will get the average value which is very low. In short terms you can say cheated.

We have purchased Tata Hexa from them in April 2021, its been 4months still waiting upon RC transfer and tax invoice receipt. Upon several follow up and complaints with agent Dhaval Shah as well as the Cars24 team, they are unable to provide the same.Poor after sale service and incompetent members.They promise RC to be transferred within 45-60 days and now its more than 120days.

Very bad experiance. I valuated my car on april 8 at cars24 nashik. They offered a price at 3.70lacs. Due to covid issue deal could not finalised. On july 9 i was offered price 2.5lacs which was not acceptable even though i renewed insurance n brake pads replaced. Now i left the country n my car is lying there for 6 months. Total waste of time n money.

My experience is not good. Charges are very High. Its better to trade in your old vehicle to the dealership, if youre purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership will offer better price of the old vehicle.

As an experience, not bad. But someone serious about selling their car, should rather stay away from this enterprise. They treat you well until the inspection but they have to somehow recoup their expensive treatment and publicity. It clearly reflects in their offers which are very low and unjustified. Should be considered only as a last resort if at all!

Sell your car for scrap rather than selling it here. They offered me a meagre price after making me wait for 1 whole hour.Their indepth evaluation will only helps them to bring your car value down. Also, if you are keen on selling your vehicle there, never ever take the first offer they make. They have huge margins. The final offer they made to me was 30k more than their initial offer. So you can understand the margins they are operating at and the value they are giving you.

Extremely poor service & guy who gave the tentative price seems has zero knowledge, inaddition to poor service they charge service fee & cash transfer fee as well. CARS24 Staffs must go to OLXsellmy car who do not charge a single penny to seller & learn how to deal.

Interesting place. Guys in Thane call customers and tell them I am speaking from cars24 HO. I get call from Hyderabad and they also say Speaking from HO. I wonder how many HOs they have. Google maps show the center at Mulund as HO.

Lowest rate was offered for just a year old car. Very unprofessional I had to wait for 3 days to know prize of the car, which they claim in 1 visit is completely false. I wanted to sell my car which was purchased in 2019 and I bought it for 4,15,000 and they offered me 2,18,000!! While they quote same car for 3,60,000 to 3,75,000 online... Yes it is very funny that they claim best rate will be given for your car..you can imagine now. Worst service...

I had a bad experience dealing with Cars24 while selling my car. There is no response even booking paid inspection. Cars24 does not bother to at least give auction quote for review.I had a bad experience dealing manpada ghodbunder road centre and the staff is very unprofessional.Never recommended anyone to go with them.

Very bad in pricing...very low price without doing proper assessment...They ask to come with papers etc. for better valuation but in the end those are not considered at all. Online they will show very attractive price but when you reach there they will bring it down to the lowest even after all best things in your car. Online I was given a quote of 160, 000 and was advised that if you have these these things and car in good condition then you will get even better.I carried everything they advised, car even after being old was in best condition and much better than one can imagine at the age. But when they did evaluation, they didnt consider anything and even after all good things price they quoted at their workshop was half of what they gave online.I think there is lot of commission involved at some stages and therefore they look for throwaway prices. Same car I could sell at much better price on quicker within couple of days.
