I Went for my Anniversary there..Very Slow Service..Tho Staffs were humble n helpful..But not satisfied with there service..Hotel give us complimentary small cake for our anniversary celebration but they almost took 1:30 hours plus to get.. we almost missed our flight...Rest everything was nice..

First of all, this is a top end restaurant in a top end hotel so obviously its going to be expensive.the service to my mind was not upto the mark. We ran short of steamed rice and ordered an extra portion which eventually came after the mains were over. this was inspite of us having to remind them for it...my wife asked for a glass of water refill which also took its own sweet time in coming.overall the food was tasty and the waiters were all well masked. however, the tables are relatively nearby with one party of 4 sitting at a table right behind my chair. but if you are coming to an air conditioned restaurant I presume that you have mentally already bitten this bullet and are ok with it.

I had a wonderful experience at Four Seasons. The service staff was very polite. All the protocols for Covid-19 are being followed thoroughly. The room was very spacious and pretty. The washroom was beautiful. The food was delicious. The breakfast was the highlight with scrumptious spread and wonderful service. All in all a worth it stay.

Staff seems willing but everything is just too slow. The buffet at San Qi has been the worse food Ive ever eaten. Lack of variety and flavours. It was so pedestrian, and does not reflect the four seasons brand. Luckily Swiggy saved the day for us. DO NOT take the meal packages, the food at this property is terrible. Room are a bit dated but clean enough.

Very humble and helpful staff, great spacious rooms, loved the bathtub. cleanliness level 100%. The food was also amazing. Will definitely recommend the sea view room. but City view room is also good.

We had a fabulous stay! The standard rooms are exceptional and huge. Staff is super warm, kind and courteous. Entire hotel is clean and hygienic as well as all safety precautions were met. Will definitely come back for a stay cation. Loved it!!

The check-in, stay, response of the staff over calls, requests fulfilled, room quality, everything was exceptional. Our room was huge compared to many other 5 star hotels of the same repute. We were on the 29th floor facing the east side of Mumbai. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the bathroom was so huge along with a huge bath tub with a similar wonderful view from it. There was walk-in closet too! We didnt try the food this time so thats one reason to stay again and perhaps also to try the ocean facing rooms. 😊Tip - go for deluxe rooms on higher floors.The only downside would be that theres only one full sized restaurant at the Hotel so options for cuisine would be limited, nevertheless Im sure the quality and quantity of the food would be exceptional. Also you can go to St. Regis for food which is walking distance from here. Also there are multiple other good restaurants nearby.

The Premium sea view suite on the 30th floor was pricey, but it was well worth it for the amount of space and the view. The finest part was Meet, who greeted us at the front desk and recommended a staycation package. Our particular request for Jain food was met for all three of our meals. The staff at the restaurant was courteous and responsive to requests. However, for an evening stroll, we lacked an open area around the hotel or on the patio.

But apart from this all the food served to us was par excellent. The room was upgraded to bathtub facing the sea, my daughter loved it, I would keep this hotel on my top 3 hotels list till date. Special mention to Afaan, Loki from reception and Saurabh from San Qi, kudos to great team work.

This is the best hotel I have ever been in. The bathrooms are equal to the size of the bedroom and the bathtub with a view takes every score. Must go if you are in MumbaiLoved the spacious rooms and all the amenities. The whole vibe of this hotel is different. Easy check in. They also upgrade your room if you request them to.

Coz in morning we were informed that aer is now open n they can arrange for dinner at aer... But no one informed that we need to infrom them three hours prior for arranging dinner at aer... Infact wheb we card that we want to go at aer one girl informed that its closed as its raining... She said you can have your dinner in lobby area... So we went down around at 9.30 at lobby area... N we saw that aer was open... As we saw some people asking that if aer is open or not... So no one informed us that aer was open... Thn we went upstairs at aer.... Now when we went, they asked are we staying here or not? We confrimed our room no... N we order our normal drink... Thn I told someone that you people where supposed to arrange for dinner at aer lounge... N we have included in our stay package... That fellow told ok let me check for this n it was already 10.40pm after at 11.06pm someone again approached us n that fellow told kitchen is already closed at 11.00pm so we told them no one has informed us that kitchen get closed by 11pm n we had already reached at aer by 9.30 no one informed us that we cannot arrange dinner in shot notice... They informed at 11pm post everything was closed... N thn without asking they just sent thai curry n spring rolls... Which was just wast of food... Spoiled our evening... N my friends birthday as well... Will not recommend to anybody

The hotel staff is extremely careful of COVID protocols and the check-in process was a breeze. We were provided a complimentary upgrade from Superior room (level7-19) to delux room (level19+). We were alloted a room on the 28th floor which had a mesmerizing sea view from the room as well as from the bathtub. The room was decorated with some balloons and a complimentary cake was made available on our arrival.I and my spouse enjoyed the meals, they had sufficient veg options for lunch as well as dinner in the staycation offer and portion size was thoughtfully designed to allow the guests to enjoy a wide range of dishes. We opted for room dine in the evening and everything was brought in serving cart in order to maintain the freshness of the hot dishes.I am glad to have chosen this property for celebrating my special day! My pet was provided with a pet-bed and a some pet food from the hotel. Overall an average experience.
