Worst experience ever. The manager Mr Manish was so rude and arrogant. This man has no respect for customers, the worst customer service I have ever seen in any store. Secondly he threatened by saying that if he didnt receive the full amount, he would have cancelled our order. Also when my son was retaliating to his lies in English, he said this is not England, and rudely told him to speak in Hindi.When making the deal, he informed me and my son that he would give us a free laptop bag with this laptop. However, after receiving the full amount he backed out, denying ever saying about the laptop bag.Purchased the laptop on 17th Aug, he agreed to deliver the bag to my residence. Today is the 21st, still no revert from the dealer.Think twice before buying anything from this dealer.

Very seamless and efficient service. In particular I would like to mention the name of SHAHBAZ PATHAN who went out of the way in assisting me with the right laptop for my son. He was very knowledgeable and quick in his services. I would recommend anyone to contact him for any assistance in Laptop. He even made provisions for a 3 year extended warranty. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is an excellent sales man and is genuine. I highly recommend him. Thank you Shahbaz for your support and seamless service. Well done and keep it up.

Just bought The Lenovo Ideapad slim 5, The staff were quite helpful, had the product in stock, Demonstrated the product completely and gave the same price as found online, They also activated the student offer quite efficiently. Overall i am very satisfied with the product and the management!

Horrible experience at their LENOVO store in Pune Avenue Mall. While the enginner was not there, the manager proceeded to open my laptop and broke it. And then blamed me for it. If possible please avoid their services.

Lenovo AIO520-24IKL desktop purchased in Jan 19, within 7months under warranty, display itself not working. No solution even after 7 days sevice request. Product in premium segment, in my case quality turned out poor. No one seems concerned and only customer to bear..

Very very very much disappointed with the service. Please users ... dont get fooled by this dealer. Most of the time, absolute it solutions dealer delivered faulty product to customers. So plz think on twice before buy new product from them. If you are looking in market then you will get many good dealers which they are provides the good service as well as original products...I have recently bought Lenovo laptop from them. After one day used i was identify that the laptop was broken so immediately reported this issue with dealer initially they denied my request but after regular follow up and providing evidence based on that they agreed but later on they postponed my request and since 20 Nov 18 i was follow up with them and still awaiting for part replacement they were not helping on priority day by day I was bearing a loss in my business due to poor service and provided faulty product.
