Very Bad experience Hp world.I have give my laptop for repairing for charging port , battery and mother board issueThey changed me 2400 for that the are saying that battery is perfect and no need to change there is issue of mother board.After a week the laptop is not even switch on so I called hp world and tell him the problem they told me to give the laptop for repairing your laptop is under warranty.When I submitted my laptop in the hp world. After one day they call and telling me that this is different issue and you have to pay 2400 and change battery 1800 means total 4200.When submitted my laptop to another local repairing center and it is perfect in only 1500.

Just purchased high end laptop and I found this shop and its sales force very helpful and customer friendly. The whole experience was smooth and enriching experience and extremely patient and friendly.

Deal was good but later went to get ordered product, that time argued over money issue and accessories. Somehow its not their mistake but people supposed to bear companys faulty distributory way. Still shop employee behaved well. They are 5 star guys, but this 2 Star just for hp company.

Worst service ever they keep customer waiting for hours

Sir I have taken HP laptop one year back from Kochi(kerla) HP World,they give me laptop with window 10 installed, but told to pickup Product ID of window to take next days. As I was not aware about use of product ID and due to job profile I was unable to visit but later I updated my HP laptops window version but after update it asked about product ID and due to that every time it is asking your window is not genuine, register window, but at that time I have moved to Mumbai.Sir plz tell can your HP world can help me in this regards or I have buy new window software? Plz reply.
