I bought a set of 7 pcs , took warranty on cpu for a year , but monitor which was not included in warranty. (Only for 1 month test trial)3 of my monitors are non functional now ..1 went non functional first day and 2 others after a month.They already know that things which wont work after a while they dont give warranty on that.Fingers crossed for my cpu units .Better to buy new.

I would have given even 0 stars to them.I visted their shop, no good response, arrogant behaviour. The are not ready to show products. Just they tell we have put videos,you can see them. Are we paying you for looking videos.No customer ethics.They dont provide any guidance regarding which product suits you.There behaviour is more arrogant than brand new laptop sellers. Small place but run professionally. I was in touch with the owner via whatsapp where he already shared laptop details and prices with me beforehand. So once i reached i got my laptop ready in a very quick manner. The used laptop (Lenovo is working well however the battery drains out quickly but i understand that purchasing a new battery will solve the issue! Also i need a higher RAM as i use Photoshop. So had to also add more RAM after purchase. This laptop was loaded with Windows 7 OS which has recently stopped getting Microsoft support, so I also had to replace it with a Windows 10 OS from my local computer shop.So even with added costs after purchase, the laptop is far cheaper than a brand new one and with proper care and use, it should give me a few years of work. My main vraphic design is on my PC so this laptop will be used sparingly and for watching movies or browsing. In that way its a perfect purchase!

Its the worst experience ever. I even dont wanted to rate one star but to write a review at least one star needed. All they have is just old model monitors and nothings new. It was bad experience and my mistake trusting all these reviews posted on Google, shop person himself post the reviews on Google accessing guest phones who comes for purchase, I was happy at first buying the product and later I have come to know after usage of cpu parts in it are too old and not branded as it suppose to. Hp i5 6th gen cpu does not have WiFi and Bluetooth in it which are common to have in all i5 cpu whatever the gen. Cpu often gets problem with OS and I have to reinstall every 2 weeks..As we know this guy only responsible for 15 days warranty and later does not matter for him...I suggest you guys while purchase ask him for all the parts in details or else do not buy at all..And the way they treat to new customers who about to purchase as king or queen after purchase as slave ..

Prices are too high and service is too poor besides they mainly concentrate on sales itself though does not matter after sales for service.
