One of the most pathetic after sales service weve come across. Our firm had bought 20+ laptops and almost all facing technical issues. Seems that weve been sold faulty laptops to earn higher margin. Since 1 month from purchase we are frequently facing technical issues on most of the laptops but they arent providing any conclusive solution. Everytime theyll fix it temporarily.I would request to avoid these people and better buy from some trusted stores.

Suppliers better take advance payment from them and work. Delays payment a lot.

This company (Inmac Computers Pvt. Ltd.) is a big fraud. Major problems in management and after sales support. If we approach them for support, they will apply all means to cheat us by not assessing the issue correctly and stating problems that never was. And they will go all the way to even damage your equipment (PCs or Laptops in our case) to prove their point. Honest request to please stay away from this company. They are not even worthy of single star.
