Well huge amount of books over there from fiction to documentary. Moreover, a gift shop is also available over there inside the crossword so we can buy books as well as gifts for our near and dear ones.

Would have been 5 star but the stock is not replenished regularly enough. Many of the authors I wanted were not available.Additionally I bought crossword black card a few days back and they introduced new offers on the card after my purchase. They wont give the same offer to me because I bought the card a few days sooner. Sounds unfair to me

This place is currently located on the ground floor of R City Mall previously it was located on the 3rd floor now they have taken a bigger space and a variety of books available so this is quite good experience there

Well stocked bookstore. The books are arranged well. The staff is attentive and on their toes arranging books, attending to customers as well as ensuring children arent getting lost on the floor. The staff is well versed with categories of books and where they would be found. Theyre prompt in offering shopping bags to carry books inside the store. The billing counter has cute small books and other fancy literary items.

Great collection of books. But they charge 10 Rs. for a paperbag used for carrying books. But the shopkeeper lady was courteous to give me a complimentary carry bag of penguin books.

The staff were nice. I bought 2 books and an Echo Dot. Crossword, apart from being a book store, is also a thoughtful gift store. It was diwali time, and the offer on echo on amazon was also applicable in the crossword store. I was mildly surprised by that. The staff tried to sell me the membership card and were a little too pushy about it but I have seen worse. They packed the books and echo dot well. My family liked the packaging.

Very good place to read and then choose to buy your books! Regular offers are on and decent membership offering (Take the Crossword Card now to start earning points right away. They give good reward points no doubt) . Cosy place at the end to sit and read book of your choice and then buy them at your leisure. Decent spread of books available! Even toys and stationery are also available for kids of all age but not many on offer and mostly in the expensive range. Can be preferred for gifts.

Great store, with a lots of great options. You would find yourself picking maximum books. Dont compare the price with other vendors, as this is a totally different experience to shop a book in a proper book store. Give it a try, you will like it.

The guy at billing counter is more than over smart, claiming that membership card is free but when you see bill you see 2000 Rs been charged for just membership registration.A real cheat act to get money out of your pocket with out providing anything substantial in return. Stay away from their membership card, every other day I seen people arguing with counter staff on the charges and registration fees of membership card.2000 Rs is not a small amount, crossword is building treasure by making hole in your pocket. No body will say YES for this card if they say upfront that registration charges are 2000 Rs.

Unique quality of plant is that you need to give water once a week that to very small qty. Cost my pocket is Rs. 850.00

Its inside R-city Mall in Ghatkopar. A great place to explore options for books. A pure bliss for bibliophiles. Youll find books from all genres here. Recently they were also selling some potted plants and handicrafts inside the store. The mall definitely has a parking available. Connected via JVLR and Ghatkopar Railway station too.

They have almost every good book by great authors. They do not offer discounts on many books. They are polite with customer. Other than this, it has branch at Phoenix Marketcity, kurla which is also counted under Ghatkopar West. They offer free packing and take good care of yours belongings.

I dont have the patience to wait for the book to come by ordering online rather I prefer buying it immediately! And only one store comes to my mind when buying a book! Crossword!!! The shop is full of my favorite books waiting for me to read them! There is always one member in any outlet of Crossword in Mumbai who knows which book is available and where it is kept in the store! Although its built in decent area but most of the shop is occupied by games, toys and other stuffs.. there are very less books and that too most of the options arent available. The options for fiction is specifically less. Even titles from popular writers like Jane Austen, Sidney Sheldon etc arent there much..

For such a big outlet in size, half of the portion is only used for the merchandise and bags. Very limited variety in books. Many noted novelists books are missing. To add on that, the staff on the counter will try to chip in some discount offers which ultimately you will realise are not really discount offers but just illusions to make more purchases.

I visited this place many times cause I am very fond of novel and reading books so here you will get every new collections of novel and very inspirational book romantic book and also the stationery products but the stationery products are quite expensive at this place but still they have everything in their collection everything what you required acute stationery and printing stationery materials and also you will get the superheroes t shirt like sweatshirt and T-shirts of avengers games of thrones but they are quite expensive and whenever I visit our city I just go for fun at this place cause I love being around this kind of please

Walked in with a waist pouch containing my wallet / money etc & the security personnel tells me I cannot enter with a bag and would need to leave the same with him. I walked out as the store personnel seemed too busy to respond to me when called.

Books were not arranged properly. Famous books were placed as same as non-famous books so it will be a hard time finding a particular book if you have something in mind.

But many time during the year there is sale on various products.You can also find saregama carvan, nestle i, and some other products here.The books are genuine and from the authorised channel.Overall store experience is good. The store assistants will not disturb you and will help you all the time you ask.Staff behaviour is really good and billing is also fast as the store have moderate crowd.

Its one of the greatest places for lovers of books on this planet.The display is very imaginative and the ambience hypnotic,it can pull you into a new,refreshing world of writers on every subject of ones interest.I lost my sense of time and froze into atleast 4 streams of subjects which was enthralling and refreshed me to my core and I emerged in highest spirits and am still soaking in it.

Counter person ANAND was very rude and arrogant. Will never recommend this store to anyone. He don’t have manners and etiquette to speak to customers. Looking at his body language felt like he is the owner of the store and my presence is bothering him and if I don’t leave the store he’ll throw me out.Need serious action to be taken against him or I’ll take this up on social media and twitter.
