Amazing swanky and fresh multiplex of international standards in an otherwise dead shopping mall. Croma is on ground floor and rest of the floors are empty.The theatre is great with good seats and audio!! The crowd is great too. The foods and beverages are reasonable for the viewing experience and ambience offered!!

The theatre atrium is quite spacious with plenty of places to sit around.. The snack bar is right in front of you once you enter with a lot of choices on movie snacks.The decor is quite pleasing but the use of too much white tends to get a bit boring after a while.Other than that, theres a Coffee Tree Café to the left which had plenty of choices. The coffee is pretty good here.When it comes to the cinema experience, the seats are quite large and extremely comfortable. If you do choose the VIP seating, youre in for one cushy seat!

Awesome as its described. Six screens, each with very good seats, screens and sound. 36 shows can be daily shown. Very well maintained and designed. There are popcorn stalls.One of good experience is once I lost my i-card, and after informing them they helped me to find my card. I am very grateful to this management.

Nice place for couples.They have recliners in theatre.Tickets are quite costly on Sunday.Overall good experience and would like to go there again.

Nice place, very neat and main cleanliness is good here . Cinepolis is situated on the 3rd floor of neptune mall. Multiplex has VIP seats also so you can sleep and enjoy the movie. Tickets are at moderate rate .toilets are also kept clean. There is also one coffee shop inside.

Great to spend here, really such a rich experience at cinepolis, humble hospitality by the staff and interior design is so attractive.

Best ever movie theater. Great food, great service at really good rates. I loved going to this place. This place alone was alive after the mall died. I have watched countless movies at this place. Nothing but great memories.

The whole auditorium was stinking with the bad odor of seats and/or uncleaned seats.The Air conditioner was not switched on, even after complaining to the on duty site person, he pointed out (just like a government office) to go here & there and complain about it.The air was stinking as there was supposedly no rotation of air in the audi (number 6).The show timing was 7:30pm on Friday, 1st January 2021.(I have the tickets & all the details, if someone is listening & concerned about customer service)

Quite and calm location excellent infrastructure. Cinepolis is in 3rd floor, rest of the building is under renovation.

Cinepolis is my favorite movie theater be it any place & this is no different. Comfortable seating, enough leg space & most important folding arm rest. Dont forget to munch nachos here. Its the tastiest i ever had in movie theaters.

Went to watch Chhichhore recently and the staff said its complusory to buy a combo of Rs 120 or else they wouldnt give the tickets. I feel there was no need for this so called protocol which theyd set. If one wants to buy a meal or not, that totally depends on themselves. You cant simply force anybody.

Experience was really amazing.seats are more comfy.view from every angel is perfect.washrooms are also clean and hygenic.staff was good.only drawback is the cost of popcorn is very high.rest everything was perfect.

Nice multiplex. Movie tickets are affordable and seats, AC in the room is comfortable. Morning shows are very cheap while night shows will cost you more than that. You can get auto late night for any location easily. Safe place for everyone. 3D glasses are also new and clean. Staff behaviour is very polite. Overall worth it.

Some time while we do online booking, they cancel the show without intimating you and then they offer you cinepolis free tickets.

Really a cozy place to escape for people like us to watch a movie. Neat and clean theaters with comfortable seating. Also has one more class with complete reclined seats. of course never tried it because it is priced high.

Worst place to go for morning show. Reached at 8:20 for 8:45 show. Guard at the mall entrance sir cinepolish supervisor has instructed us to let people in 15min before the show time. Reached at 8:32 security guard show is at 9 you will be allowed to get in at 8:45. Reached at the cinepolish box office counter at 8:45 no one was there to sell ticket. 8:48 guy came at the counter I was buying ticket for 8:45 show. Suddenly someone from inside cinepolish came and said please dont distribute tickets for 8:45 show as that is cancelled. Distribute the ticket for 9:15 show. This incident happened on 25th april. Worst morning show of my life. Pics were clicked at 8:45am

Good,clean mall with lots of shops. You can get there via bus route too. McDonalds and other restaurants are there. New South Indian movies in Malayalam, Tamil Telugu releases in cinepolis. The movies start at time and the breaks are all well on time without delays. Service is also good

The place was absolutely fantastic. The seats were very cushioning. The sound system was loud and crisp. In short this is the place which can entertain you to the utmost level.

Cinema at a prime location and easy to reach out.was very cheap at price and seats and sound inside was amazing and very fresh and clean place.food was also available there at a affordable price and was very tastee..Over all it was a good experience watching movie here with friends and family...One the best cinema in the city treat to watch movie there

The VIP section is soooo comfortable and its so far the best recliner seats amongst all cinema theatres Ive been too. They have a separate , dedicated parking from where its convenient to reach theatre from mall parking. The movie starts around 10 minutes after its actual schedule. Interval is also for quite a while.Food can be ordered while watching the movie and it would be delivered to the seat once its ready. Nachos along with the dip was pretty good. Crowd is decent and seating isnt congested at all.

Best maintained & pocket friendly multiplex so far in vicinity...You will have good movie experience here.They have descent screen sizes with fairly maintained chairs (good recliner chairs and yes it has sofa seats too, the VIP one)It has only one good cafe rest is standard choices.And USP is the ticket prices are far cheaper compare to R City or any other like wise multiplex.If you are living nearby do give a shot, its worth it...

The ACS in the waiting area and in the mall are so low that it feels suffocating..Otherwise the theatres are good.

Smaller theaters and very loud sound. Sound becomes too much because of size of screens. Though Seats are very nice. Does not have supporting infrastructure available in other malls. Shops picking up gradually. Location very good. Hence it can develop into a good hangout place if mall is developed.

Nice and cozy ambience

This is located in magnet mall, Bhandup. The theatre is very spacious and neat and clean. The seats are comfortable and there is enough leg space available for a comfortable sitting. The sound system and screen size very much up to the mark and will definitely meet your expectations. There are different snacks available inside the theatre but those are very expensive. If you really feeling hungry, then go for it. Else, it is unnecessaryily very expensive. The toilets are clean. Over all you have have a great experience.

Cinepolis has been my favorite cinema hall ever since I stepped in the first time. They practice quality over quantity as their halls have optimal seating capacity i.e. neither too many seats nor too less with comfortable cushioning. The ambiance is superb, and the sound system is best in class, a perfect balance of bass, treble, surround and other sound effects. The screen is good for 2D as well as 3D movies. Food is a bit costly but thats the story of all multiplexes. To conclude, go ahead and watch your favorite movie, you wont be disappointed.

Theater is good in terms of cleanliness and ambiance they have a cafe also in the lobby where you can wait and have few snacks and coffee if you have reached the venue early. The option are quite good. The theater is also good in terms of seats and visual experience. Nothing fancy as such but in Bhandup and Kanjur by far a better multiplex

Earlier this place was the best theatre in the neighbouring area. This place is no more under a mall. The theatre is not that clean like it use to be earlier. The screens are kind of blur nowadays. The place is still preferred as there are only few theatres left.Hope it helps!

Very well maintained cinema but the mall is deserted and all the eatables are over priced such that it is about 3 times higher than the cost outside. Only a few shops are available inside the mall... There is a supermarket inside the mall that is good... The mall is well maintained and clean... The interiors are very well designed and pleasing... The cinema halls are not that big... The picture quality and sound are awesome but the seats are not that comfortable, especially those at the back of each section... dont choose those seats while booking...

Ambience was really nice, seats were really comfortable and the screen is so big that youll feel that you are your self is in the frame!!!Sound was also crisp and the bass can beat your heart.

Good theatre to catch a movie. Clean and good ambience. Multiscreen theatre so sometimes the louder sound effect of the screens nearby affect the movie you are watching.

Really good place to watch movies with your family and friends. Its on a good location with nice ambience for photos and gets decent crowd. Good and clean seating as well.prices for popcorn and Coke is a little higher than normal, so I would suggest not to eat there right away and then after watching a movie you can explore good eateries like McDonalds and other places inside Neptune Mall.

When you book ticket book online. Because everytime they have an issue on on the spot. They take lot of time to give ticket.

Very cheap and convenient to reach. I watched A quiet place for a Sat late night. The recliners are really very comfortable, but other seats are just about okay. Their cafe is large and has sofa seats. I liked the interior. Washrooms are clean, and there is water fountain too. One of the better value for money theaters.

Good movie experience. Watched the Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw episode here. 3D presentation is okay. Refreshments are decent, though not great. Ample parking options, since the mall is yet that populated.

Mall parking is free.. visible from main road. Pocket friendly. Cleanliness is good. I enjoyed the experience they also gives you loyalty points so u can redeem it later..

One of the best theater around to watch movies good seats and price is same as other multiplex. They have 6 screens(they call is AUDI) and each of them are not too big with a big enough screen worth the money. Also there waiting place is Great with good sofa so if you go little early dont have to stand. Bookmyshow doesnt show food for this multiplex but they dont have food available probably more options than any other multiplex.

Gives more importance to politics compare to Nation.National anthem played before movie was so slow that you can hardly feel it. Where as political add which was played before that was more louder compared to any other add.Pure supporting to politics.Hereafter will avoid this place.

Best place for movies. Their screens are big. Clean and tidy halls. Great ambience with comfortable seating. Overall a satisfying movie going experience. This is always my first choice for movies. Even the IMAX movies are too good to watch here. Still dont mind if they add a IMAX screen.

Not the best screen quality, but its still better than nearby cinemas. Chairs are decent. The seating position is optimum in terms of space. Overall its one of the best one in area. Best reachable modes are bus or rikshaw

Its a small theater. Located in Magnet Mall Bhandup west. It is close from kanjurmag station. I dont understand why theater canteen never accept food card 💳, though we use it to purchase food 🍴🍕🍔 only. Rest all was good back side of row you will get push back recliner seats. Washroom was clean and well maintained.

Food outlets can be courteous and service oriented, being over charged atleast make it value for money.

Place is very good. Sound system and projection facilities are latest and fantastic. 3D show was very good. The escalators are not fully functional and hence it is preferable to take a lift on back side on ground or basement. As to any other movie theatre, eating things are over rated. Overall experience is fantastic.

Good to watch movies with great picture quality and sound effects... visit once and will never disappoint as the seat are also comfortable with the moving side handle.. so any couples can feel more comfortable to watch movie with hassle free..
