The best is the dashing car which cost 50rs for single car for 3 mins, food is a bit expensive over here we took just tea and it costed 20rs per cup but its still a nice place to do activity fun in minimal budget

I love the Natural place in Aarey colony, I feel very Happy after visiting at this place. I feel peace of mind.

Just a small lake to view and some outdoor games near this area. Boating fares are reasonable. There is also a snacks centre here but have not tried food here. The ambience needs to be kept more clean. The roads a bit Rocky and filled with tiny holes.

Small restaurant for snacks but not reasonable for the place as Rs 70 for veg toast sandwitch but taste was good.In evening there is provision of few small rides for children, loud music, dashing car is also there. Dont expect too much. Gentry is also humble type.Overall okay place, I liked boating. Deserve one visit on an idle day.

Nice place for couples...but not for family !If you are interested for boating then forget about it water smells like hell🙏, all kind of waste is in it ! But the garden is good old tall trees large ! But for couples only not for the family because it will not be okay if some couples are kissing and your children or grandparents are watching them !! There are so many couples like that,🙏Beside these there are so many stalls and some desi restaurants you can have your meal there, place is some kind of like picnic and has parking and everything, ticket price is 5rs and for children 2rs everything is nice for couples i suggest do not go with your family and do not go for boating it is the worst experience boats are even very old paddles are jammed ! 🙏No fun in ⛵ the is only in the garden !🙏Thank you so much 🙏for reading and getting my experience ! Went an hour after the opening time in the morning. The counter had still not opened.Not very clean and lake was also not as well maintained as I wouldve expected.But the infra is there and with some effort, the place can be nice.On other weekends, I have seen the place open in the late afternoon and people thronging (based on the vehicles in parking).

It is a park and opposite to it there is lake with boating facility.This park is very famous and well-known specially for couples.Very romantic place one must visit.full greenery surrounded by trees, lovely streets of colony.Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.Couple friendly park, safe and secure as nearby Array Police station is there.Mischievous activities are forbidden here by police.Just hang around in romantic and pleasant environment,have chit chat and enjoy the nature to the fullest.

Amazing place to have a little day out in a greener Mumbai, even with traffic you can reach the place, easily accessible, and for all kind of people, specially for kids to have fun with few rides.

Chhota kashmir is located in Aarey colony in Goregaon. We have our own vehicle so we reached there by 4 pm. It has a big garden and a lake where u can do boating. Boating is open till 7 pm. The garden is just a time pass, people playing there with football and some are playing badminton, so u can take these things with u. In boating i Dont know the ticket price but for the price we have paid, a four people boat has given to us for 20 mins. Boating has made our time well spent and memorable.

Its fine when you really dont have anything to do and yet have energy. Boat for 4 costs ₹ 120. Water is dirty but its good experience for sunset. There are other activities for kids

Nostalgic Place. I used to come here as a Kid and the place is extremely peaceful and relaxing. Yes, you might find difficulty to reach here because of its extremely remote locality from the Main Town but, thats worth your effort to find a easing space in a City like Mumbai. Wild Animals are a big concern. You will find Parking Lot for your Cars. There is a Canteen. Boat Services are depending upon the availability which is a bit Frustrating. Boating Area is confined. Kids have small playing area.

Nothing like the name suggests... A not at all maintained place.. the lake water is so unclean that it has completely turned green now... they have no security measures like live jackets or tubes to provide during boating... the garden has got a vast area.. which would have been so much better if was taken care of...

I felt like I paid fees to watch tall trees and grass which I can anyways see otherwise if you get out of Bombay.I was here because of a photography assignment session. Its a good place for people stuck in concrete jungle and want to enjoy a peaceful environ without going too far away from the city.

Although the name Chhota Kashmir doesnt fit in to the picture but in fog conditions in the rainy season , paddle boating provides an amazing experience. There are a lot of ducks in the lake. It also has a small restaurant where chinese cuisine is good. Small rides like little helicopter, mini train etc. are also here for children.

A canteen with enough options in the menu to appeal tonanyones tastebud is located at the edge of a small lake. A boating club offers affordable boat rentals charged at incrememts of 20 minutes. I Love My Home

It is the last lake, where you can ride old school boats in Mumbai. Located in the supposedly protected Aarey Colony, this boating club provides boating facilities, has eateries, a police station and garden nearby, and has ample parking. The lake is used for immersion of Ganpati idols for people in Goregaon, Aarey and Royal Palms area. It is recharged by surface runoff from the Chota Kashmir garden, and is always full. Recommended to go after 4 and before 7. Early mornings are better as it is cool, but shops open after 10.

People often come here in morning to do some exercise or for cycling. If you wish to visit this place then you must visit it before sunset because after that you can see some traffic and it is not safe also to roam there in night. There is a good parking space in the boat club. Overall a peaceful place.

Aarey Colony is also known as The Green Zone of Mumbai city. Situated in suburbs near Goregaon. Chhota Kashmir Lake is beautiful natural lake inside Aarey Colony. Boating rides are available. Its a weekend tourist spot, good for children. When you enter Aarey, your mind gets away from the hustle and bustle of city, and gets near nature, peaceful environment. The scenery of lake is eye pleasing. One can see ducks wondering in premises and swimming in lake water.In the period of Ganesh Festival, during Ganesh immersion, the place is crowded. Boating is kept closed for 10 days of the festival. One can witness गणपती विसर्जन @ lake.The only bad thing is washrooms. Authorities should keep restrooms clean.

Due to mumbai traffic atmosphere looking its only the greeenary place left...... previous at 90s it was actually a chota kashmir but now its almost about to vanished.....now ONLY the negative thing is that before reach the moving of this garden that security watchman person before one hour he starts whistling.,... which makes all our holiday half-day called Sunday.....mood off......this is only what i have to say.....rest is good
