Very fast service if your product is in warranty the you are good to go also maintain covid precautions

I bought a mi laptop last year the warranty of which was void last month but thanks to xiaomi and helpful staff here. Xiaomi extended warranty of all products for a month and i do my work from home and cant afford keeping the laptop in repair. Given the condition. They replaced a few parts there and then and didnt charge for it. Thank you xiaomi and staff.

Never visit thus service center to repair yoyr phone unless you are going to ask for a replacement.. for my k20 pro i hv visited this service center more than 10 times and everytime some or the other issue arrives... months ago i hv paid 13k for display, battery and sub pcb the device being under warranty and still i am facing some or the other issues.. the mi team is also useless . It is biased towards service center they always support thier service people i am demanding for replacement but the service center person is denying it.. today also my phone is in the service center.. they said they will return it tomorrow n hopefully i dont face any other issue.. and yes before visiting (if u still want to visit) take a token online from mi service manager moatly it wont work so u will hv to take it by calling the customer service. And do take it one or 2 day prior to ur visit.. and when u get ur phone back do check the mic and if your phones back panel is glued or not.. its the most common issue for this specific service center.. and if ur planning to repair ur phone then never visit the vcare service center of mi.. even if u hv to travel more .. belive me the long travel will save your time and efforts and maybe money too...

All the employees are unprofessional, their behaviour towards customers is very negative. they dont give a value for customers time and patience.

Worst centre plz dont come here, staff doesnt have manners to talk, no technical knowledge only knows how to argue, it takes one day prior appointment to come here but when I went they take people with no appointment in between N making us sit for hours, worse centre ever came

Unprofessional behaviour. They didnt even diagnosed my phone and asked me to bare charge of Rs.9300/- for display of my K20 Pro. Screen has no crack or stratches. Who would pay that much amount for such screen which stops working without any display crack or anything. These types of display is not even worth a thousand rupees and they sell it for such a big amount.

Worst service center. All executive are ladies they dont have technical knowledge. They just make arguments with u. My mobile have software issues so I told her but she told me ur mobile have minor crack so we need to change ur mobile display first then we decide about software. They dont want to resolve ur issues, just making money.

They make customers wait for a longer time just becuase their manager is not present (they dont have any subordinate in case the manager is not available), they dont take customers query politely. They just start giving their own suggestions. Also, the phone number, they usually dont pickup phone calls in 3-6 attemps

My experience with this service center was good.. handling each case in a professional way..identifying the problem correctly and rectifying.. The main problem is the huge crowd. They should entertain only the people who have taken proper appointment. Also the number of people they attend daily should be less. Front desk executives can be a bit more friendly..Overall nice experience..

You can visit this place, they are open in the lockdown,call them. I got my phone battery replaced. But the staff is terribly negligent.. They forgot to put the phones rear cover Screws and they say that the phones ready. I had to come all the way back from my home the other day just to get the 2 screws installed.This is so terrible. I was reading the comments in this review and I am surprised that the service was not good.I had a total great experience here . Went early in the morning got a 18th token number got few messages to track my application online from xaomi and then my issue was registered and they asked me to come after 2 hrs. After 2 hrs when I came back I was happy to see that my phone screen which was trashed badly was repaired instantly. Though they had told that they cant guarantee of memory but I had requested that my data should be safe and I was happy that nothing was lost.Thank you for the instant support.After reaching home I rectified that my calling reciever was not working so I had to rush back to the service centre to get it resolved. They checked and resolved the issue too.Only regret is that I had to come three times to the service centre but thats fine because I am happy that my phone is repaired in a day and no data loss.

This is one of the most scamster MI Service center in entire mumbai. They charge hefty service fee. My trimmer blade was broken . Actual price of the product was 200 and they charged me total 650 rs. Service charge is 3 times the product itself. Such stupid scammers at this place. Avoid this place at all cost.

Staff with no care for customerThe time mentioned is up to 6:30 pm they do not entertain people after 6:00pm. No consideration for people who have to leave office early to reach the center by 6:10 pm and simple told to leave. Irresponsible as they do not follow their own timing and get down to argue. More courteous staff in the irla service center. The pics are taken after the discussion and the watch still shows 6:28pm

I cant say they are bad. But I was not satisfied with their services. I went there to buy a USB charger cable. Unfortunately, they didnt have that product. They suggested me one shop( Bhanushali Mobile point, Ghatkopar East). I bought a cable from there(Note- The cable warranty was six months). But after a few months, that cable is started breaking. When I again visited the shop, they said that it doesnt come under warranty. That shop provided me with a cheap quality product as the name of the brand. They said we are not responsible for that and mi-centre people said the same thing. I talked with there manager Sayed Nahid. But he said the same thing.

Take out time and come here it will easily take 45min to 1hr of your time,so be patient when you come here dont about repairs as till now .They can much more organised to save customers valueable time. This is the main difference between cheap and expensive brands the service.

MI service center (Vi care) Ghatkoper east above IDBI bank Date 11/12/2020.My working POCO F1 was having battery issues according to me (Switch on and off) .They took a sign on a paper(which they claim is safety side for them incase your mobile goes worst).They formatted my phone to do a software reboot(which was not necessary since it was working) after 1.5hours I get dead phone in hand (no charging)Now they say battery has issue and they dont have sub-board which charges the battery come after a week if they have spare part will fix it.Question arises how my phone was working before approaching them for repair. I was using my phone with charging with battery drain issue.After complaining to engineers they say u have done a repair outside hence it went worst .I said they yes 8 months back they repaired my mobile with battery issue but its months back.????I feel this guys unprofessional .They cant take responsibility of damaged done by them and refuse to face issue.I am not going back there and not recommending any one .Find some good local guy having knowledge to repair.Suggestion to change name from [V care] to [who cares]

Very Rude staff. Because of COVID - they have changed the whole process of servicing. You need to buy token before you visit any MI service center. I reached at 5.55 pm. Lady at front desk denied to service - though timings on internet working timings are till 7pm.

I purchased deta cable at 19 October 2020 and its not working so I go to the mi ghatkopa s East service center,I was at center at 3.15 pmAnd then I surrender my wire to One of excutive Rupali madam,then after some time she will return my data cable with checking and told me to wait that wire will repalced and so she advised me to sned mail to [email protected],so I had done and wait for an hour after an hour when time of replacment I got answers that my wire has physical cut.I was shocked that I didnt see any type of cut on wire so I refused to take the wire and asked to check that my wire got cut there only.but manger and madam denied and I had to come return with depressed mind .All the way service center wasted my one hour.Most amazing on the manager asked me to buy new one so I think that there is some thing is fishyI am a user of MI from last 4 years and now I got this type of cheating service fro mi service center.So I advised all the customers that please check your mobile and accessories while deposit in mi ghatkopar service center.

Dont use MI phones , I have 10 days old note 9 pro phone and it had its power button was loose and came out so I went to this service center and they asked Rs1000 for replacement , 188 for checking the phone and asked to backup the phone as they will wipe the phone , even though I have 1 year warranty . Since it is India and Indians do not respect Indians, we are treated like this.I have been to China in there service centre it is a experience worth narrating. Initially had to visit 4-5 times for the same problem each time as they were repairing the phone each time but my phone was still having issues, but later the senior member Roshan Sir took our case, he helped us very quickly. Within a week he got our solution. We have now got our phone replaced. It helped. Thankyou Team

Greeted with arrogant manager and his employee no seating and waiting area. Just to check a phone 4 hours wasted and they dont even know the problem. When asked replied with harsh tone and no proper answer. No client handing etiquettes. Coming to the highlight in this worst pandemic situation they have become the worst reasons store not santized no santizsers placed in the centre and manager itself not wearing a mask with half of his employees not wearing the mask in an appropriate way. They make us take online appointment & that is of no use when you place it.

Worst service center Ive ever been to. I had exchanged my phone and they without asking me about it opened the new phones box and the charger was not in it they gave me a separate charger that too the plug in white color and the cord in black. Very dissapointing!!!

Excellent and quick service, knowledgeable staff. However I gave rating as 3 bcoz there were few minor scratches on the phone screen after service which Mr. Sayed was not ready to agree however there were no such scratches on the screen before giving it for repair and the same was confirmed by the lady whom I handed over the phone at the reception counter.

Took my phone there. They said my motherboard will need to be replaced. Cost ~ Rs. 3,500 after discounts. Warranty - 3 months. Now, what will I do after spending more than 3,000 bucks on a phone that cost me 9,000 and you are just giving me a 3 months warranty.Anyway, I ask the guy there if he can give me a 1 year warranty on this as that is what will truly be of any value to me. So, he says he will check with his senior and call me the next day. I never heard back from him. On top of that, if you try calling them, their line is either always busy or, they just dont pick up the phone.Why do such people waste our time opening service centres like this? If they cant even provide basic services, they should close down the business and sit at home.

This service centre is located next to Kalyan Jewellers on Ghatkopar East, hence easy to reach. (Please do not visit the one in Ghatkopar West,its always closed.)If you have minor issue then they usually sloves in an hour. I have visited it twice and both the times their service was some what satisfactory.Staff is polite pland punctual. They traet customers very well. If your device is out-of warranty then the repair or replacement charges are little higher than local stores.
