I tried to contact IGNOU study centre but number is not reachable or no one is answering the call. Kindly help me out

This center should be named as IGNORANCE! Nowadays I even get up from my sleep in the middle of the night with a jolt, wondering why these people are running this center.

They have shifted from Mulund to Panvel. New Address : IGNOU Regional Centre Mumbai1st, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Plot No. 43, Sector - 09, Opp. DAV Public School, New Panvel East, Pin - 410206. 10 Minutes Walk from Panvel Station. The Staff is very co-operative and hellping.

I ve been trying to contact them since many days... nobody answers the call from their side. whats happening! once someone hung up after accepting my call. This is ridiculous as you run an educational institute with zero intent to help.

I am trying to call them everyday and multiple times but no one is answers the phone. Dont they want to work? Cant they even answer the phone?

The center has improved quite a bit lately. Past year or so have noticed a very proactive response system on email which is a pleasant surprise. Hope they keep up to this standard.

Staff is helpful once you visit the center. Due to less no of staff in center, they are not available on calls. Once should always visit the center to get all the information.

I had Vary Bad experience with IGNOU.There staff are vary rude to communicate and whenever we reach there centre mulund.they says plzz visit our website rcmumbai.ignou.ac.in This site is sucks not even open either in pc or Mobile .I request to all plzz dont get admission in Ignou if you are looking for Open Study go for other open university .

Have contacted them through all means - Landline numbers, emails, Twitter, Facebook etc but there is no response from them.Do you expect all students to gather at your RC at this time of pandemic? Disgusting Management.

This centre is currently closed. I wasted 2 hours traveling to and from this centre because NOBODY responds to any of the numbers provided online, emails or any other form of online communication. Terrible! I saw a lot of disappointed students outside the premise in the rain because the centre is shown as open on google. Requesting google to kindly update the listing as temporarily closed.

Queries reply on email regarding exam, assignment, new addmission, etc has given quickly...

They really need to do something with the way they respond to student quarries. I had a very hard time gettting through to them. Need to provdie good counselling too, it is not effective at all.

It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Kapeesh Building in Mulund west near the Mulund railway station.The staff here is very polite and helpful in my opinion, but some of the students say that they arent that helpful. This is the only regional centre for Mumbai, Thane and Raigad districts. This university provides numerous courses through distance learning to the weaker sections of the society.

Extremely worst...never ever pick up calls..and it is located in the place like mumbai where people are very prompt on telephone...Either they keep receiver aside,so that caller gets the message as phone is busy or they dont bother to receive calls...Since three weeks I am calling everyday..even I tried writing email to ignou Head office,delhi but they also failed to solve my query...Worst Regional Centre...

Every time I go to the Regional Center to clear some doubts, I come back even more confused with more doubts. Every time I ask a question, I learn about some new policy or rule. Can never get any solid answer from them. Very poor management and planning. If you have a course that involves practical courses, be prepared to suffer due to their lack of management.

Good place with quick assistance,but would be better if they assist more over calls and emails so that students queries are solved in timely manner and managements work load also reduces.

These people are very irresponsible from past 1 year my I am Visiting the Center Calling them several times sending them emails but still my issue is unresolved where my assignment is submitted from 2018 and now its 2020 and still it is not showing on website and my Report card is withheld because of the same reason these people are playing with my Career

Never ever in my 2 years of studying IGNOU they ever pick up your calls. Either it is busy all the time or it just occasionally keeps ringing and no one bothers to pick up calls. I hope IGNOU Delhi does something regarding this.

Mumbai Regional Centre is known for In-efficiency and lethargy. No response on call and not even on e-mail. In past I have dealt with other regional centres of different states, but there response has always been great. But here Mumbai RC should be bench marked for in-efficiency. Hats-off you guys...

We are paying thousands of ruppes for a course and the least we expect from this pathetic institution is that they resolve our queries ASAP. Neither Mumbai center nor Delhi head office pics up the god damn landline phone. They dont reply to emails either. All these lazy inefficient people should be sacked with immediate effect and honest needie people should be appointed.

The most pathetic university and a complete failure. It is an irony that their tagline is peoples university. They never ever pick up the call and i guess the staff here is illiterate to actually ever read the emails.

Such a bad experience i have here in mumbai center, many times i have called to know about the term-end examinations but still got no response from their side.

My mom called up to enquire on a particular course ( the call got connected after lot of efforts luckily) the lady was very rude she forgot that shes there provide info she didnt tell the address first place upon asking about study procedure she said to call up in July as the course would commence in July also Im still awaiting reply to email .
