First Over phone shares details politely but at service centre when you go becomes aggressive such that customers mistake.Ensure you click pictures of the earphone state before hand, 360 degree recommended so that they cant deny you service or point out customers mistake.Very bad experience. Mi has not been able to provide me good service.

Got and excellent service here….never expected any service center make your problem solve same day…very quick responsive….most important is lovely staff so humble nature so respective….must visit if u got any problem in mi mobiles……don’t go anywhere else…

Well I had been here for get my phone repaired, with just had a mic issue wherein I do get a response that I have to get my display and entire motherboard changed. Well I denied for the same. Its the first place Ive ever had experienced wherein you got to pay for phone checking charges even if you dont repair your phone. Very disappointing and disgusting service by MI

My review is based on one time interaction, with diagnosis of issue. Rating three for less wait time.My Y1 phone has network issue. In explaining the situation he quickly came to the conclusion that it is mother board issue. When I insisted him to check the network wire which runs alongside the battery, he said he will. The cell wasnt opened, and in 5 minutes, he declares that it is mother board issue. The way of checking has left me in doubt, if his diagnosis was correct. It could be possible that it may be true.

Very organized in scheduling and servicing requests. Staff is very polite, friendly, technically competent and professional. We had network problems and handset was in warranty, so we got a new motherboard which fixed the problem. Only thing we had to make several trips in order to arrive at motherboard problem. Also it would be helpful if we more service centers.

Hi I went there to service my Xiaomi mi band. So the procedure is after entering in the service centre u need to take a number coupon and wait till they will call u. The service is quite fast. I was out of the service centre in almost 45 min. With satisfaction. Its near goregaon station west on Aarey road. This was in the month of November 2019.

It has been closed since July 1st, and there are only 4 more service centers available in all of mumbai

My experience is very good. Personally i felt very good for the service provided and the time to resolve the problem was lesser than any other peers. The staff was handling so many customers with such politeness and they were still calm and patient with such a rush happening around. I really appreciate the effort taken to handle customer complaints nicely and quickly. hope to continue with such service.

Guys dont visit this place right now. Due to coronavirus, it has been closed from 01/07. Only 4 are working right now (Kandivali East, Khar West, Virar West, Vasai West) in Mumbai. Please take online appointment for any service support.

Service at this service centre at Goregaon west is very good. all the staff are very polite. They understand very well that, when customers cell phone has some issue means customer will get panic. Thats what the case was with me but they managed it well. I appreciate the service of all the staff whoever I interacted with.Thank you MI for offering such a good post sell service.

Good service. I had given my phone for broken screen, though it took a week a the part was unavailable but my phone looked like a new one when I received it.

Service centre is clean & well maintained. Staff is also very professional, humble & helpful. If u ask u will get discount also over Ur bill.

The service given was very nice and also the staff is polite. One suggestion would be that use an app lock for every app before submitting your phone as they demand to remove the lockscreen password. My phone was used by those people and they opened gallery, social media apps, camera, etc which i didnt liked (reason they gave was for testing purpose 😒).

Really did not liked their service.It takes 4-5 hours to repair the parts sometimes.Service is little bit slow.Most of the customers and I personally are unsatisfied with their service .And the service person do not interact properly.

Third class staff. At first, the fat lady declined to replace my earphone as I did not had box... WTF... WHO KEEPS EARPHONE BOX???? Took more than two and half hours to get replacement for earphones although stock was available. These guys dont know how to create replacement job sheet for accessories. Theye you feel haw less important you are, specially if you are not well dressed, speaking in Marathi or Hindi. You need to know English or any south indian language. Or else they will tell you sit behind and they will call you. Requested Girish and Sunil multiple times to resolve ASAP, however they made me feel how stupid I was in front of their excellence. At last lost patients and was almost about to start abuse staff as they were less interested to resolve my issue. Reasoning was pathetic, he cant replace without job sheet as AUDIT HOGA NA, TO PROBLEM HOGA. I had to tell them that you can make exception in audit stating it was taking lot of time. Now these guys called me to return the box of earphone????
