I wanted to join yoga classes for a long time but was nervous to start. I used to think that I might look misfit among flexible bodies practicing amazing yoga poses. But I was wrong. It has been a month now since I join IWY Academy class and now I realize that yoga training brilliantly helped me relieve stress and become more aware of living in the present moment.IWY Academy have Wonderful teachers, cooperative nature and a variety of classes that are perfect for any level of experience. Highly recommend their classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every week.I felt a strong sense of calm and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. Yoga helps people to develop mentally and physically however finding a right institute and right teacher is a difficult task. Teaching here is amazing and very understandable.
