Greenery all over place. Space is there for kids to play and enjoy their free time. Very few schools are having such ground.

Pet animals are not allowed. Always crowded with pathetic crowd. Anytime any where any ball can hit your eye or face. Beware. Visit at your own risk. At night ppl get toxicated. Good place for toxication, getting high.

Park is in good condition as its maintained by CMS School Kanpur road branch. One thing I would like to add , CMS school should deploy security staff in the park during school hours as its used by parents and Students.

Dont get your hopes high also , its a vast land well maintained , with a lot of green cover and grass , enough lights at night . Its open 24*7 .Perfect for playing frisbee , football and any sport that requires grass pitch .- Pets are not allowed ( but street dogs have figured out the math ) and so does dog owners- They wont let you take your bicycle inside
