I have bad experience at time from banking services my atm was expired on 12 Dec 2020 & already 4 time visited in bank & submit form for active new atm card but still no solution provide by bank staff all was careless no one responsible for any work 2 time bank employee say to me form miss by submitted person .in this condition problem face to customer

I have been operating saving bank account since many years in this bank.sorry to say the services of this bank is pathatic one.

The manager AK Mishra was not even aware of existing interest rates and the interest rates on notice board were not updated. Most of the staff was unavailable at 3:30 PM. Had to face a lot of inconvenience at this branch.

A great government bank with excellent online banking facilities, whose image has completely changed in the face of earlier. This branch is located just above easy day in the Aishwarya Plaza near the central building. Due to its excellent location, people who come here do many things at once. The interior decoration of this branch is also very good. My account is not here but it is expected that the behavior of the employees of this branch will also be very good with the customers.
